Damn...Charlamagne's interviews on VladTV were educational. I remember hearing his opinions while keeping real like when he was talking about Katt Williams or Chief Keef when he got arrested.

Vlad is a businessman who does what he needs to make money. Same as all these rappers who glorify violence and drugs and then feel the need to act it out in real life to maintain their fanbase. I could respect their argument if they were providing substantive content to validate their point. I was never an avid vlad watcher and stopped watching him all together maybe 1-2 yrs ago. He's a culture vulture but we know this. Charlemagne got his start as being Wendy Williams ruthless sidekick,blowing ppl's heads off and indulging in gossip...today,he more or less does the same thing. Joe Budden is ridiculous. Vlad should have wiped the floor with him during this interview. 1.) Never defend broad topics. Force them to be specific. 2. Before defending, recap the other persons point. 3. Never allow the other person to use rhetorical or hypothetical questions to defend their position. Example : Budden "Would you do a 'Vlad Tv' from Ren's funeral!?". Vlad stomped that out like a cigarette. 4. Use alagories. Makes it easier for others visualize what you're saying.

I watch VladTV when I'm bored and it baffles me when people view Vlad as a mastermind. I full on cringe. I'm not a fan, but the guests are there on their free will. Some guests know how to maneuver around the bait and provide good material, some don't. I also notice there's "hater" comments in all of Vlad's vids so congrats on helping the wheel keep spinning. If you want to get rid of the vultures start with the predators and carcasses. Vlad is a middleman. He's not the one first to give idiots a platform, he's not making millions and billions off it and he's not responsable for a culture who's quick to deny him his part in it which has been this way since before he started his platform. He's given the culture more through this show and mixtapes than basically all of his haters. Its few and far between but his good interviews do more than anything I've seen out of Worldstar or BET or Kanye's latest rants. Hell, he's not even denying that there is an agenda for HipHop in the industry. It's also disturbing that Joe Budden holds Vlad to a higher standard than his black peers who do the same in the industry or those that sign his checks.
