** I just noticed I keep saying ODB instead of OBD - On Board Diagnostics. Sorry for the confusion**

expensive scanners in 300-700 range do not show any more info than a 20 dollar obd2 scanner. I tested about 10 of them in the last two months. the only way to see the usefull PIds like fuel trims and o2 voltages and other stuff is to use OBD feature . what's more, if you break down middle of nowhere and have no wifi, they become expensive door stop and can't be used.
