I think he meant it was included in the first two weeks of presale. What I find disappointing is that not only is a strap not included, but it’s $30!!!
I'm not sure where you looked, but as of two days ago, if you go on Amazon and add the strap and the battery bank to the cart, then go to checkout a discount is applied and the strap is free. Hopefully this works for you.
@@Alfredo_Cervantes I just tried that and you are right, it just doesn't show up until you are in the checkout. That sucks cause I purchased the larger C300 directly off of the Anker site a couple of days ago and it did not say anything about a free strap. The option was to add it for $29. I'll be disappointed if by trying to buy directly from Anker, I get less product than someone buying from Amazon.
About the strap that supposed to come with it they deactivated and everybody's mad about it after anker promise to throw that in the price now they took that away very disappointed on Anker.
I wouldn't recommend buying an Anker product I bought a Solix C1000 from them, and could not get the AC outlets or USB outlets to work. I tried resetting it 4 times with a paperclip as recommended, but still nothing. I'm sticking with Ecoflow products.
Interesting little device. My friends who go camping very often will find this very useful. The solar panels seem to be quite expensive though. Is the connection proprietary or can it be used with other brand solar panels?
