Out the box they did sound bad, come to find out that if you can ditch the adapter for the dongle and use Type-C directly, do! If you can't like me I found using these settings through the phone app Equalizer helped the headset showoff its true sound capabilities. [ 31hz- +5, 62hz- +6, 125hz- +6, 250hz- +3, 500hz- 0, 1k hz- (-3), 2k hz- +1, 4k hz- +5, 8k hz- +6, 16k hz- +5]. All personal preference but lowering the mids helped a lot

Headphones horrible , as far as gaming.... volume too low for me, I have a 50$ pair that put these to shame. Waste of my 100$ in my opinion

Says usb connected but cant hear anything? Obviously not connected properly also has a different bit to plug into the xbox as it doesnt have a switch

Hi, you can't switch. You have to choose which option you want to use, either Bluetooth or connected.

Make sure you have the switch on the right setting. It'll have a remote control for xbox and the other side says PC for PC etc

@@RickysTechTalk I have the same problem and charging it is not working ive been trying everything for 3 days and its still has a red light and its not blinking and it isnt low battery ive been charging it and it wont turn green or turn on

After 6 months of this headset, I honestly can’t recommend. Battery life only lasts a few hours, my USB charger doesn’t charge it fast enough to use it on the charger when it’s low battery, and when you’re wearing it while it’s charging you’ll often hear electric screeching sounds and sometimes it’ll just turn off afterwards. It’ll also sometimes unpair with my Xbox randomly, and right now i’m having a bunch of janky, scratchy electricity sounds when I set the volume a little high, the bluetooth voice that warns you about battery life is also a bit too loud and comes up too often. The only pro’s are the very comfy earmuffs and the great sound quality but I wouldn’t suggest this thanks to the other problems

Hello, thanks for your comments, I agree with your points around charging, it needs to be quicker, I haven't experienced the other issues you mention in your comment and sorry to hear about this, as only been 6 months have you spoken to the company about this to see what they could suggest?

Hi, thanks for your comment, how annoying have you tried the app to adjust audio? Or the audio options on the headset. I know these sound simple steps but we forget to check these sometimes.

I got mine and I did not find the setup guide easy nor simple. There’s no troubleshooting guy there’s no troubleshooting steps and mine will not connect to my Xbox via Bluetooth. I can’t get any sound through my headphones at all. I don’t know what’s going on with it? This is ridiculous.

they aren't bluetooth you NEED the 2 adapters the usb a to usb c then plug in the usb c adapter into that its a daisy chain

Hi, thanks for your comment, this sounds like me a driver fault with the speakers might need to get a replacement. Also try using the app, it allows you to really adjust the settings.
