Way too many kids in the comments are worrying about T levels, if youre not 18 and up. Then dont worry about your T levels because youre not done with puberty
okay well soy is a big issue for me personally most because I am actually allergic to meat and most forms of animal protein. So what's a good way for me to actually lower the amount of estrogen I get from my vegan meals since they mostly contain soy for my main protein intake. I'm 15 and want to start see results faster.
Check out earthling ed, he talks about the different types of estrogen and what they mean, you might find it helpful and let me know how you get on bro 🌱
dont worry bro soy aint bad for you. just keep your protein high and get variety of it from other foods too like chickpeas, pea protein, nuts and seeds
this whole estrogen-from-soy thing is literally fearmongering, you are perfectly fine with soy protein. it would take an excessive amount of soy protein to reduce your t levels. like an impossible amount. you are good.
im 6'3, covered in hair, can grow a full beard at 15 and my sex drive is abnormally high, why was i recommended this video if i could donate testosterones i would
so being on my bed for 9 to 11 hours will help increase testosterone. that just sounds lazy most of us have stuff to do. and it is scientifcly proven by that you can sleep 6 to 7 hours without problems
Pro tip: If you want to get a low body fat, don't start a low-fat diet, because the fat you eat isn't what's added as your body fat. Sugar and most processed foods like cereal and chips. Wheat-based foods are big contributors to adding fat to your body, so don't just cut out fat-based foods.
As a 14 year old, most of these if not all sadly apply to me, but now that i’m aware i’ll be working on it now. Best of luck to anyone else out there also working on improving themselves & Looksmaxing!!
I hope your dedicated and really passionate about it, it could be tough to be but if you think something is hard just do it and do It and you well feel good at the end of achieveing something that most would just go to sleep or say ummm uggghhh, your 14 bro and have knowledge of something I was 18 when I started exercising a lot then stopped but I'm back at it and I already sacrificed a lot to be dedicated and eat well, drink lots of water, when your hungry you'll probably just really thirsty.
Biggest thing that leveled up my t is saturated fats. Grass fed butter, red meat like beef, and eggs. Go for grass fed and pasture raised but if you can’t it’s ok. Avoid sugars too. Mainly center your diet around meat and fruits. Fruit sugar is ok btw
Bro saturated fat help my t too, but I have a problem everytime I eat butter or even coconut oil which both contain high levels of saturated fats I always end getting brain fog, any way to avoid this.
@@hhsjhs1357 not exactly. Sugar is not always the same. I have no idea how to explain it in english but as an example you can just compare the sugar in sweets and something more healthy like honey. In the end it's just chemistry which is boring af but there is a difference in the formula which makes a difference. Any nurse, paramedic or doctor can certainly explain it better xD Sugar that the Industry uses in sweets etc. is bs just to be clear.
Jesus I always knew a lot of these reasons were bad in general but had no idea how it effected testosterone. But I’m ready to take the journey back to a healthier life

Finally a good video pops up, this is going to change my life thank youu for popping up. I've been in bed for whole day and did nothing I guess this video is an eye opener for me.☺️
Thank you for the video, I found out that investing is not for everybody, you just need a strong stomach too see your portfolio go down. It might be wiser for a novice to start with copy trading investing, but it is not easy. To invest in growth stocks it is another level, definitely you need to know what are you doing.
From my own point of view, you need to invest smartly if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $255k in raw profits from just 6 months into the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy, mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key for short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.
This is a phenomenal advice for a new stock traders and investors who want that quick short term game, but don't see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I've been solely investing in real estate. But with the recent hyper home pricing i've liquidated a few things and have $45k in cash laying around idle. Would love to get your recommendations, I'm in search of something lucrative in the current crazy markets, i will be glad.
My portfolio is very much diversified so it's not like i have a particular fund i invest in, plus i dont do that by myself. i follow the trades of Mrs Karen Gaye Gray.
She is a popular broker you might have heard of. I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a financial advisor as her diversification skills are top notch, because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 10 to 15% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along, my portfolio just mirrors what she trades and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.
Bro, you kids are out here worried about your freaking testosterone when your balls haven't even dropped yet. When I was 13 I was only worried about playing with my friends.
What about playing video games like once a week or once every 2 weeks, I’m an athlete so I don’t drink or smoke and am healthy, no seedoils, no bpa and obviously I train.
A lot of these types of videos talk about soy affecting T levels but when you check multiple research pages it says it has no affect on most men. Be sure to do your own research before taking these kinds of videos for gospel
Koreans and Japanese eat a lot of soy products. It’s integrated their every day life food. Their men mostly have feminine features., body and face. So I’m staying away from soy.
I workout twice a day eat healthy and as a student i need to sit at a single place and study for atleast 5 hours a day so is this also reducing my testosterone ?
Dude you don’t need to workout twice in a day, just put the time from your second workout into sleep and studying and you’ll get more gains and better grades. Seriously sleep can do so much. You can make your first workout longer and more intense.
14 yr here when i was a kid i was highly addicted to video games and now I've started self improvement a year ago i think i grew more testosterone than when i was addicted
how do you deal with anxiety? I literally have such low self esteem and my anxiety levels are constant and i feel anxious around people (social anxiety), can you recommend something?
@@george_672 do you want an honest answer? The honest answer is a bit wordy and I will undoubtably have to explain it in further detail. Or would you prefer general advice that is easy to understand but will absolutely not encompass most of your issues. Choice is yours.
The difficult thing about plastic is that it's even in our clothes, including workout clothes. Those synthetic fabrics? Yeah, they're polyester and nylon. They can shed into microfibers that enter our bodies.
@@shilzi I do. I avoid synthetic fabrics when it comes to my non-workout clothes. It’s also better for the environment; microplastic fibers pollute the air and ocean. It’s been found that they enter our bodies.
Many studies have shown that soy does not have an adverse effect on testosterone levels in men. Also, phytoestrogens are present in most of the plant foods that we consume anyway, so it would’ve made more sense if you had instead said that we should all just stop eating fruits, vegetables, and all other plants we eat and simply take up the carnivore diet. So…please, in the future, research the topic you’d like to present to your audience more thoroughly before you make a video about it because misinformation like this can be really damaging to society.
I agree with the most things you claim, but not all. Soy products do affect the testerone levels on rats, but not on people. Also, how much sleep you need to get full rest depends on your sleep quality. So make sure you are getting enough of all vitamins and minerals to get the best Quality of sleep. And yea, i would take the cleansed water from plastic bottles over the ones from pipes anyday, everyday.
as a 16 year old i do 0 of the bad things and i didnt even know, i dont notice any of the symptoms, so im happy to announce that i still think i have low T levels (i never get morning wood)
The thing about hair…..Testosteron makes men LOOSE hair on their head, that example picture wasn’t the best choice. Most of these are just based on prejudices. Having low energy is caused by anything but hormones
Im Male, 13. my height is 170 cm, im pretty tall for my age i'd say, but my weight are 75kg which is like 165 pounds and that is definitely not normal. 2 weeks ago, my weight are 77kg and after doing my diet and exercise, now im at 75kg. I don't even know is it because im malnutritioned, i exercised too hard or is it just because im a beginner, but 2kg in 2 weeks just doesn't seem realistic to me, especially because i don't go to the gym. From what i saw, you should be only losing 450 gr a week in a calorie deficit, so can someone please explain to me is it bad for this to happen? am i doing too much to my body?
You haven't lost 2 kg it's just one day you drank more water maybe you had more clothed on maybe you didn't shit one time and did the other so yeah yiu definitely haven't lost 2 kg in 2 weeks the same happens for me
High testosterone makes you bad at decision making though. Study after study show that people with high testosterone are more likely to go with their "gut feeling" and engage in less deep reflection and careful thinking, so I guess it really depends on what priorities you have in terms of "being healthy". If you are going to be making bad choices all the time, even though you might feel good about those choices, then I guess that's fine if it makes you happy.
I guess that's for super high testosterone (>1000), Testosterone should be in a range of 600-1000 (some say the lower limit is 250, but only that much makes you look like a sissy).
@@aliimrankaya4952 , there are cons to having super high testosterone(>1000) too, for example you'll have mood swings(similar to roid rage), some also say that super High testosterone causes the body to store more fat( it's obvious their bone density, bone weight and muscle mass are all above average, thus causing increased risk of heart attacks), and I've also read that contrary to what people might think abnormally high testosterone can also cause infertility
You need add more infomration to the shit you put out dude. The high pitched one for instance, It takes time and age to have a developed voice. half your audience is 19 and bellow, and at those ages and even older it's normal to not necessarily have a high-pitched voice, but a non developed one, which many may perceive as high pitched. just naming these "signs" by them selves creates false naritive.
ye imma go to sleep at 7pm and wake up at 6am, sure why not if falling asleep takes gazillion hours, why not just waste 1/3rd of a day, oh but wait i have a school and gym u said not exercising is the worst thing if not being done. all this may be true, but this sleep bs? no way man
Idk if i have different gens but am like 12 and I already have a full grown pubic hair. And am getting muscle for no reason so I think have excess testosterone
Yo guys I have idea, remember he mentions when you have low T youll sound like a lil 8yr old girl. How bout we lower our T and try talking to pedos and rule them out. Protect our young innocent ones.
no way, i have to get up at 5 am, so i need to go to bed at 7pm but i come home in 6pm and go to the gym, do some homework, do some programming course (cuz im a IT student), how can i get good sleep i usually go to sleep at 10:30 - 11 pm
I’m not sure if this is all true when it comes to looksmaxing I haven’t gotten tested but I think my T is pretty low considering I have really high & prominent cheekbones/feminine face Younger girls usually prefer pretty boys while older women usually prefer masculine guys so that really depends on what you’re looking for Same with a built body, my body is skinny but well defined with 6 pack abs & V line with veiny arms (I don’t work out at all) & no body hair, some girls prefer this, other girls prefer more built bodies, so again it’s just preference As for hair, T makes you bald, I don’t think that’s exactly a good thing unless you have the proper facial structure to rock a bald haircut And confidence has so many factors, and when you have confidence without anything to back it up, that’s just called being delusional I think a deep voice is probably one of the few looksmaxing benefits to having T which I already have
t can't make you bald...dht can, and only if you're allergic to it...this allergy can often transfer to you from your parents... this allergy causes human pattern baldness
high and prominent cheekbones is actually more of an indicator of high testosterone because it means your bones are developing well. Top male models have high and prominent cheekbones.

coming from a bio student um... you need to eat about 1 kg of soy and even high soy ptd to get your testosterone interrupted so yeah the whole video is great but he lost me at that, bye
I am a 7 fig business owner that is in shape, does all kinds of sports and practices a few musical instruments. You don't need to maximize everything you do and center your life on the so-called grind/hustle/meme-improvement and so on. You don't need to wake up 5 am and meditate to be successful. Listen carefully here kids. All you need to do is find a rhythm that works for you and only for you. The most efficient way to go through the day without accumulating stress and long-term fatigue. If you manage to find that, you've won the game. Doing cringe YT tutorials on how to be a real man isn't going to get you anywhere, trust me. Coming from someone who has been in this rabbit hole. Good luck and remember that good rest and enjoying life is just as important as hard work and progress.
This video gets some of the serious concerns about unhealthy behaviors right but there are also some things stated here that are either factually incorrect or not proven. Like soy's contribution to the increase in estrogen is not completely proven. There are lots of people who can't afford protein powder and have been using soy as a protein supplement for a long time and do not have "man boobs" or any sign of a decrease in Testosterone, and yes, addiction to anything is wrong, but it doesn't just apply to video games. In fact, people who play video games (moderately), are observed to have better decision-making skills, better hand-eye coordination, better response time, etc and even some professional athletes play video games as a form of training. Plus the right type of games can actually help you with stress. Similarly, researchers are hinting at BOTH the advantages and disadvantages of moderate P*rn consumption, but there is no concrete proof for either of these claims. Although I do think that p*rn free lifestyle is better. Finally, aggressive behavior in males is caused by the increase in testosterone, not the other way around as you said in the video. I know this video is supposed to give self-help advice to people and don't get me wrong, there is some good advice here, but some inaccuracies can have the opposite effect on vulnerable people who are looking to make their lives better and who rely on these type of videos as their starting point in their self-improvement journey.
Im interested in sex but i dont think i will ever feel love for someone or ever get married like i feel i will be alone and i dont even have any female friends
I´m 12 years old and I´ve been told many times that I look like a 17 year old, because of my height, my deep voice and the hair (caused by the amount of testosterone i produce of course) and it has become an insecurity but seeing people want to have more testosterone makes me think people actually like the way I look.
Yes, once you are 18 people won't be so confused about you bro. You prob make hella dudes in their 20s insecure XD Good luck, be kind....to yourself mostly G.
