Even if Isai was old age with cerebral palsy and my future unwanted children were raised to play smash competitively, I'd still tell those kids "don't taunt Isai." Else they'd just get an ass whooping I could never give.
He's not that great, very inconsistent, not confident enough honestly. He gives up in tourneys if he's "not feeling it" so he's gotta get over that before I would consider him to be able to destory your professional Smash kids with palsy lmao #baited
Sponsoring means you don't have to pay for certain things out of your own pocket, like flying to tournaments. Depends on how far the sponsor is willing to go beyond that. Sometimes they pay for hotel rooms and food and even equipment you use to play the game.
64 has a lot of the same tech melee does, it's about comparable in speed. Melee's main advantage is having a controller that has another analog stick lmao
Isai and i played a lot of smash 64 in Portland OR, at Tang 12. he was super chill and fun to pay with. and he even commented on how people need to watch out for me. I was like 16 so I was pretty pleased
the thing about Isai is that he plays the game to have fun (and still wins most of the time) but if Isai really tries he can win everygame he wants except he makes mistakes and SDs :(
this is why Isai is the gohan of smash, has limitless potential but just fucks around with it, except in the crucial moment he shows up and sends your ass to the shadow realm.
Anyone else feel like they're watching melee after he taunted isai? Also, the slowly walk up and upsmash is talked about a lot, but he rolled IN FRONT OF HIM before doing that. If you watch the camera of Mariguas right after that, you can see him shaking his head like "What did I get myself into . . ."
