The importance of mental health is paramount to a successful life journey. Yet, often it is hard to understand why we feel the way we do. Well, I certainly have a theory.
I believe that a big contributor to depression is simply a lack of proper expectations on how you should ACTUALLY feel about your life... keep it real with yourself and strive for FULFILLMENT, not happiness.
