Using led lights with non-focused reflective housings blinds other drivers even without high beams on. DO NOT do this unless you are also buying aftermarket led housings for your vehicle.
@@davethevtwinaddict2151 you will see even better with proper housings. A bulb's brightness is only one aspect to this. You can have a bulb that's 5x brighter than the OEM halogen. But without actually focusing it. All that extra light gets scattered everywhere BUT down the road where it matters. It's been shown time and again that a brighter bulb can actually travel a good deal LESS down road than a brighter bulb with a proper housing design. That's why Xenon and LED bulbs blind other drivers while using reflector housings. Large amounts of that nice extra light just scatters. If you actually cared about seeing in the rain on backroads. You would do this retrofit right. lol
@@Peylix lol yeah, you can clearly see in this video the LED's aren't working as well as the stock bulbs because of that.. IDK how he's saying it's better
That's not what you want: It's not brighter that improves safety. Instead, you want a focused hot spot that shines farther and has a cutoff so that you're not blinding oncoming drivers.
I never hate on this channel, iv been around for years but honestly its gone too far now lol. You come back and apologize for everything and promise to come back and make videos but then you make 3 videos and disappear again. If youtube isnt for you then just give it up and sell the channel. Dont promise people stuff just to make them happy. And i dont mean this in a rude way at all im just saying like if this is something tou dont enjoy and your only doing it bc of the guilt or something then just dont do it man.
Already converted to all LEDs. Headlights, tail lights, turn signals, backup lights, license plate, interior, auxiliary, and fog lights on my car. Best investment I ever made.
When your lights are super bright and you're driving out in the country, reflective road signs can be blinding. You really should engineer your LED upgrade properly. A lot of them are not designed to be simply forward-facing with the bulb exposed. That's too bright.
LEDs are a nice upgrade. But 40 bucks makes me wonder what's wrong with these shit's. Good LEDs are like 100 bucks for plug and play. Race sport has the best bulbs I've seen around online.
@@239Ram I put about 20k miles on mine and most times I would forget to turn off the daytime running lights. So I did put a lot of running time on mine.
Dude huffing and puffing, talking about headlights, sorry bro ditch the car.....and get a bicycle, maybe even one with a 66cc engine to get you through rough spots, i say this cause I’m concerned about you i don’t want any health complications for you, we all like you a lot and want you to succeed but someone has to say it :(.
Everyone was stealing my name annoying No worries! I just wish the camera gave them justice. Prob could adjust the camera next time to show it better. Thanks for watching!
I am done..i have been here since 50k.... and i was patient and i didnt blame anyone.... but i am just tired to see this bloob wasting the space. Making sorry videos and uploading rubbish. Its my choice. I will not be returning. #unsubb Thanks
