Ah the clear coat doesn't matter, this V70 is so clean and I'm shocked Simon got it for such low miles. Sport wagons is something I am looking into buying for my next car!
The S70/V70/C70/850 chassis is the P80 Chassis. The P1 chassis is actually the S40/V50/C30 chassis which is the same chassis thats in the Mazda 3/Mazdaspeed 3 Chassis and the Ford Focus Chassis. Edit: you also don't want a P80 V70R. The subframe is aluminium and very prone to rust and the AWD system is not the same system that is in the P2 R (Haldex AWD) and that combination makes the car a bit of a mess to maintain. The AWD is fully mechanical and not as quickly responsive as the electronic dif Haldex system of the later cars. That's why the V70 and 850 AWD models were very low production and produced for such a short period of time.

@@JuanJimenez. If you want something so bad you just pay the price what feels right for you. I bet he doesn't care when he gets in that car everyday and when he steps on the gas a smile pops on his face. My car mechanic and workshop had a black C70 T5 manual with 60k miles on it, mint condition. Present from his father back in the day, since that man died the car just stood there for years. I crashed my C70 T5 manual which I bought for cheap (1000 euros). I went to my mechanic his doorstep with 10k euros because I wanted to buy that particular car so bad. Had so much fun in my crashed C70 I just wanted a decent reliable car. He didn't want it to sell it to me. 2 weeks later he called me to tell me he was going to sell the car. He asked me 4.8k euros, eventhough he knew I would've paid 10k. He didn't take advantage of me, just charged me 1000-1500 euros more over the market value of other C70s because it had so much emotional value for him too. Some things go both ways and you meet in the middle. 👍
That be T5 probably needs some work. My NA S70 has similar acceleration, whereas my stock T5M is significantly quicker. Overall, couldn’t recommend a better car for a first Car, just be sure to give it a stage zero
