Here is my take on recovery and growing. When ur an addict of my level, u get super excites every single day u score. Its like christmas times 10. When u quit, thats a huge part of ur addiction. Its nott just the aspect of being addicted to the drug alone. Its the lifestyle. Growing weed is exciting. Growing weed can be like xmas times 10. It takes ur focus and time. The idke mind is the devils playground and that cant be more true with and addict. Thats my take. I gave this a lot of thought over the years. If ur an addict and want to quit, finding a passion is very important
Addicts rarely quit, they just change addictions. Some go crazy in the gym, some grab the Bible with white knuckles, some join a political cult, and some of us grow and smoke cannabis. That's part of my way of staying away from my old bad habits. Now that it's too cold for fishin' I have lots of gardening time after work. And I'm happy to have something to do. When it gets warm again I'll be catching fish but I'll still find time for my plants. Fishin' and gardening are my hobbies to replace chasing...stuff.
I am another one of those guys. 11 yrs sober booze. 15yrs sober from smack and other opiates. Its a very common theme bur there is some serious value in finding a passion to fill the holes of addiction. Every recovered addict grower i met is a decent to amazing grower
I live in a prohibition state and got no smoke buddies to hang with anymore and you guys make me feel like I’m hanging with my bud buddies their basement again
If you grow mushrooms, put a mason jar of spawn in your tent, with a coffee filter over it. Instead of the lid. This is how I get my co2. Extra grain spawn.
I thought I had a bunch of “friends” but turns out they were all just customers. Finding that out was honestly tough on me and really was a hard part of my life to get over, still kinda bothers me too. It kinda hurt my feelings and had me feeling super lonely when I quit selling.
Absolutely the same with me! Everybody disappeared when I quit supplying the happy times!! And I agree, it was hard on me as well because I lived in a small town and had a lot of acquaintances and not friends as it turns out! Turns out I have very few friends so I spend a lot of time with my ladies which is all good!!
I had to take a piss test in order to get my prescription opiets for many years therefore I couldn't use marijuanna or I would get kicked out of pain management. I cold turkey quit and been drug free for 6 years now. Since I had no tolerance for cannabis I can use a miniscule amount of canna butter in my coffee in the morning and stay extremely high for 10 to 12 hours to the point I need to take a break. I can only stand to be that high every other day. Anyways I enjoy watching you guys and growing my own cannabis. I wont eat or smoke anyone's weed but my own.😊😊😊😊...even every other day can be a bit overwhelming thinking about how high I was all day yesterday and how high I'm about to be tomorrow.

I get notified, usually earlier, to be notified when the shows comes on, and do receive the notification. I'm using a Samsung Android phone. What I can't figure out is when they say they're going over to Patreon, next, for members, but I've never found anything there yet, after one of the regular shows..?! Different topic though.
I started growing to have my own smoke and it was something I've literally always dreamed of being able to do so when it came legal here I had to but now I grow because I enjoy it so much I enjoy the growing as much as I do the smoking now

If you've ever made any of this stuff yourself or grow your own medicine!! Growing and smoking Marijuana is the only habit that I can't give up I've been addicted to opiates , Coke, Meth, and alcohol but I've been clean for 8 years and never looked back, I've had my fill of chemicals because you feel like crap the nrg day, but with weed I'm content and Happy nothing else needed except my girl.
Congrats dude u know not everyone can let go of the opiates. Retired Army, Smoked cigs for 26 years & VA got me on percs for 25, they did overlap by 10 years. & my girl quit on me after 35yrs. I’m still smoking, making cannabis, bho & bubble. !

you guys are awesome !.. the best quality grow i ever witnessed indoor dozen years back was dwc, 6 hps 1000s, 24 ft"old friend of mine us3d to live in , moreor less all day and had that 70s show in the room on a old tv, and he had a little trim table in the corner snd would sit there and do rips in between scrogging, on repeat all shows, total hippie, all salt fertilzerrs! 45 days and I'm still trying to find anything close , he flushed them every 3 days i believe , romulun clones vegged ina cheap fluorescent room next door, open a small bag and the whole room stinks 2 hours later , i grow outdoor only but i do 2lbs a plant , think salts is good to start them v at first anyways rad show. much love
Been growing for 6 years our so 1 lb is high mybe a hafe p. That 4 off each plant. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t get that much, you gotta be good as the nutrient properly ignore that goes into it.

I found it really helpful to think about alcohol. The way I think about crack cocaine. Only something that is enticing for a puff or two. Then it is all Chase, Chase Chase. So if I tell myself I’m only gonna like something for five minutes, then I’m just going to be searching, I know I hate the feeling. And so far it’s been enough.

I remember at time when there was just two dispo. Each in a separate city. Near the city I was in. 15-30min drive. The city didn't get shops till I was gone. Now a days there is shops everywere. Big flood of them. Sadly for weed shops slot are crap. Thankfully their is even better menus same day delivery ✌
Hiw mmmmmmm it cost you MORE to produce your own concentrates then jus going and buying them at a dispo? If you are growing good flower you can easily turn that flower into concentrates several diff ways.
