Until this video, I never realised that Colchester had a zoo. If we are ever in the area, then we may well visit it. The baby rhino certainly had a lot of energy 😀 But that chimp was mental. Another great video. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe and well.
Home town, been going since I was a toddler. Sadly lots of things aren’t open as they’re being redeveloped. But you have to appreciate the fact that this is a privately owned zoo run by a single family you live just down the road. I live next to the zoo as well.
Never been to Colchester Zoo. Love the Capuchins and the apes. The baby rhino was super cute. Hmm that sheep/goat with the horns was giving you evils Jason, you did well to get past pretty quick. Great vlog as always.😉 Had to laugh when the Chimp thumped the window.

The giant chinchilla things are cute even if they are not chinchillas Aww the baby rhino with the zoomies is so cute I’m not convinced just saying friendly at goats and sheep makes you the sheep whisperer haha This looks like a lovely zoo xx
One hundred percent agree. . . That baby rhino is worth round trip tickets for 5, car rental, hotel stay and entrance to the zoo. Also, at 6:41, it looks like someone dropped some chocolate malted balls on the sidewalk. I don't know about you, but I love Whoppers (Maltesers) I would not have dropped them and left them there.
Im from Colchester, been going to that zoo since I was very young. I was there yesterday for my daughters birthday and paid almost £4 for a bottle of water 😂😂😂
