Novi Sad is pretty cool, but I had such a weird bus trip to there. Generally, after crossing the border from Croatia, you take one of their buses that would actually take you to the city, but the fucking bus was like 2 hours late and the driver was pretty drunk. The bus station in Sremska Mitrovica (which is a random Serbian shithole village) looked like it was last touched about 5 decades ago.
