I also want to point out that even with health insurance, there is still a thing called deductible which you mentioned briefly, that still rips off so many people, especially those who aren't very well off. People who aren't well off tend to select the lowest health insurance coverage, either buying it themselves or provided by their jobs. With lowest health insurance coverage comes very high deductible which can still put in very difficult financial situations. Health care is a nightmare in the US. It is extremely capitalized and made to put poor people in poor situation and rip off those who are quite well off. Best to always pray you don't have to visit hospital.

Canada 🇨🇦 is the best! We have Universal Healthcare in Canada. Government pays everything for us even to homeless people. I was in total shock to learn that U.S. ' Healthcare system was that bad! Come to Canada folks!

Healthcare in most developed countries and even some developing countries are free. The second problem is no that of a big deal. Everyone who goes abroad have to face it one way or another. If I have to pick a country I want to live, I choose Germany.
