Tbf she checked and accused the wrong person. Like if he wouldn’t have guessed he would’ve won. (Or guessed correctly considering both of their rolls were pretty obvious.)
Aurial: The Aurial is a Crewmate that can sense when players use an ability nearby. If a player is very close they will even know who used the ability. Politician: The Politician is a crewmate who can campaign to other players. During meetings they may attempt to reveal themselves as the Mayor. If they have received enough votes from Crewmates (must be Crewmates not Neutral or Impostors) they will reveal, if not they may not campaign the following round.
I like the Aurial as a concept - but I worry that if and when people get more skilled at utilizing it, it would compound that already present issue of Imposters not wanting to use their abilities out of fear that it will out them too much.
41:34 Ant explains his thought process. Ultimately he had two options: - guess DumbDog as Jester/Engineer - guess Ovilee as Aurial/Imitator Guessing Ovilee as Aurial wasn’t a bad option, given Hafu exclaimed that’s what she would do if she was a killer.
Technically DD could also be Glitch. Since the Juggernaut died first round, Antfrost wouldn't have known that there is no 3rd party killer left (other than him getting all the kills after Ryan guessed himself out) But Ovilee outing two crewmates makes me think that she needs to be more careful in using Aurial, there are a lot of crewmates with abilities in this mod..
@@martianunlimitedyeah, it being way too slow rules out that idea. But jester/engineer is enough of a gamble, aurial seemed the better bet. Though in hindsight, ovilee asked about the role pretty late.
And this is why dumbdog is super good at the game, he just doesn't give up and wants to win, although that also means he gets salty a lot. Dumbdog doing the best thing in that final meeting is a brilliant move if this is chess.
@@KyouOneZilla yea. Honestly I don't like amnesiac. The concept of being able to get a role is cool, but the fact that an imposter can make a great kill and an amnesiac can just waddle all the way to that specific spot, get a role, report the body, and essentially clear themselves by saying they were amnesiac...it's too difficult for the imposters. They nerfed it a bit by having the arrow show up later, but I think they need to nerf it more by not allowing them to report bodies, and having amnesiac guessable even after they have a new role so they can't clear themselves by revealing what their role was
Pickles' lack of game mechanics cooked him here. If Steve is claiming he did all his tasks he can't be snitch or else it would've shown and he wouldn't have been able to guess him. But tbf he already gave up at that point

he was scared dumbdog was jester. he didn't want to shoot jester in case he was engineer, and didn't want to vote with ovilee cause if he was jester. he managed to convince himeself ovilee was aurial from the ovilee's bait role reveal
Role idea: have the sniper, the target, and the decoy. the sniper's role is to guess who the target is. the target's role is to not get shot by the sniper. the decoy's role is to get shot by the sniper. I don't know how exactly this would translate into among us, but I played it in a card game called two rooms and a boom, and I think it would be a cool idea if done right

Dang. Ant did pretty well as a beginner ngl. Too bad he didn't pick up the cues of hafu even revealing Ovilee's role "maybe she's imitator" and Ovilee saying dumbdog vented.
I mean I understand why he guessed aurial since ovilee kept saying it.. it was a 50/50 guess between aurial and imitator.. but he did guess a lil too fast without thinking about the possibility lol..

Are the tasks like cold temperature and navigation task random? Because if they are that could be a way to clear yourself in round 1, like Steve was at temp left of comms round 1 this game so he can clear himself because he knows where that is
Politician is so freaking overpowered, janet had a chance to hard clear 3(!) people if none of them were bad. This is really dumb, you can play with your ability so well that it can easily hard accuse or hard clear a lot of people WHILE ALSO BEING THE MAYOR if you can get it off. I'm kinda glad nobody has been sweaty enough with it yet...
That’s not true. All players get “campaigned” or “doused” You need to figure out if the number of campaigned players is equal to or greater than half the remaining crew. The fact someone is “campaigned” doesn’t mean they must be crew
Antfrost guessed Ovilee was Aurial, which was an incorrect guess. She had mentioned having that power earlier with observing Janet, but she was Imitator. DumbDog was saying “good game Ant” when Ovilee lured him venting assuming that would get him guessed as Engineer, but Ant was wary he was Jester. This also explains why he didn’t want to get Dog voted out.
