I've seen, it is common for guys in the US to have 40 and 50 gallonn tanks of pool chlorine on their trailers & i've seen vids of guys using 10 or more gallons on a single house. In the UK, a similar house would have had 3, 4 or 5 gallons of chlorine applied as a post treatment with very little run off. A lot of the guys in the UK use a biocide as a post treatment. . The guys in the UK seen to deal with large quantities of material on their roofs, seriously they will pull wheelbarros of the stuff off a roof. Disconnecting down pipes is common for them. . There is a definite advantage, to leaving a customer with a clean roof on the day. . With Asphalt tiles, your options are much more restricted.
