Asking a cop "You wanna have a gunfight?" is fucking dangerous. Dude was very lucky that the cops dealing with him were chill enough to treat him like a rowdy drunk and not a potential shooter.
I wonder if that strat has ever worked in the entire history of the world. "Oh, well since you say so, I guess you aren't arrested after all. Carry on, citizen!"
@@hoi-polloi1863The only times I've ever seen an arrest stop and the cops leave was when a mob started to gather and the cops got scared. One in Europe where they were trying to arrest someone for not wearing a covid mask and another from the states where they were trying to arrest a black girl for jaywalking. Get enough angry people surrounding them and they know even being armed won't help.

Fr like they be acting like the cop is gonna say "wait you aren't my bad my bad have a good day" as if that's gonna stop you from escaping jail going to jail
Had a situation like the second woman. White guy with glasses, with a tuned car robbed a bank. I was driving my tuned car, white guy with glasses. Was pulled out at gun point by three cops. Got out, was cuffed, put in the back of the car and the cops asked me why I did it. I kept calm and responded that I hadn't done anything and that I wasn't anywhere near the bank at the time. 5-10 min later, the bank security guard who saw the car and guy was driven past me. Guard said I wasn't the guy. I was cleared, uncuffed, and apologized to.
The last lady was on her third DUI with KIDS in the car! Why the hell did she even still have any sort of custody?! I sure hope their dad, her soon to be ex-husband, uses her freak out body cam footage in court and gets those children away from her before something horrible happens to them. It’s clear she’s an alcoholic but also pretty clear that she’s got some serious mental health issues going on, too. If she can kick and bite police I don’t even want to think about how she would be to live with or have as a mom. Poor kids. 😢
The government gets more money when the father doesn't have custody. Father will have to pay child support, but if the situation is flipped, the mother will get government assistance. Unfortunately, it plays a large factor in the reason why fathers usually don't get custody.
@@jessigirlrae1688 While the first comment is false, in a lot of states they don't necessarily. Even the men notion kind of gets defaulted. The men that do fight for custody typically do lose that battle simply due to bias. The tradition "Women take care of the kids" bias has always existed and is a big factor in a lot of court cases and especially the ones that don't go to court as you aren't really fighting as hard as a full court one and its more of a glace rather than a full stare down. They may legally have it equal, but it is determined by the people after all. You mentioned YOUR situation which isn't applicable to everyone. The bias that people say exists does exist as it is exhibited everywhere more as stereotypes which feeds into it existing. It's like saying, LEGALLY, racial bias doesn't exist and if found is trying to be actively eradiated but this is a social government so it does.
When I got divorced my ex wanted custody of one boy and me have one boy. She claimed the oldest boy who was able to take care of himself and I got the youngest who had medical problems. The judge decided that even though we both made the same amount of money, I had to pay child support to her. After all the paperwork was completed, and divorce was final, both boys ended up living with me and I still had to pay her the child support.
I love it when someone tells a police officer "I pay your salary!" I had a good friend who was a police officer and had that line pulled on him. His reply? "Tonight, I'm earning it."
Mate of mine did thirty years in my local Force, he once responded to that with "Then I'd advise you sue the Chief Constable (Big Cheese in Provincial UK Forces) because that bastard's clearly ripped you off!"
@@yolandaponkers1581Judging by his behavior, he should be ashamed to be a father due to how terrible he is as a person. I wouldn't be surprised if he were charged with child abuse and neglect.
Totally goes against what these idiots believe! They're led by online idiots to believe that everyone in society is so "sick of being oppressed" that they will gladly run to your aid and drive away the "insubordinate servants"
On story #3 that chick used to work for that hotel but was fired- you can guess why! Her whole diatribe was beyond disgusting & all because some older kids- who happened to be white- were filming in the pool area & laughing & she flipped out (because she's plastered drunk & i forget what drugs the found in her purse) thinking they were making fun of her kids! The original cam is like 45 minutes of her screaming nonstop & 20 minutes of it is her screaming & making a scene in the lobby while her very patient girlfriend took care of ALL the kids, getting them dressed & packing everything!
Looks like she's the one who was racial profiling. A bunch of white kids having fun? Must be at the expense of her precious babies. Classic projection from a delusional narcissist
Yeah she's a revolting, racist, and frankly stupid person. I feel bad for her kids who have to grow up dealing with that. The worst part is knowing thanks to mom there's a good chance they will grow up to be just as bad, if not worse.
Thanks, it isn't often we get a personal view of these events. Thanks for sharing. I hope she gets help, 12 step or otherwise. I have 32 years clean, sober and recovering. It is a lot of work but worth it...I don't flip out, I remember what I did and didn't do, I show self awareness and have integrity and I treat people as best I can.
Mullarkey at the end, she was off the rails. Her entitlement and privilege was hard to watch. By her logic, she has her children with her, she can do whatever she wants. Her eyes were loaded with crazy and rage. And, then the attempt to control the situation and be abusive to the arresting officers. She's irredeemable. No matter if she acts "normal," what we see here is what lurks under the mask.
@@C.L.190 She expects special status as a mother. As if that accounts her a shield from wrongdoing. She's a mother, she has children with her, she doesn't have to comply with police. That was her early thinking process. Then later, women are taught touching us against our will is something we generally get to control. Ms. Mullarkey extends that to the police, and that the social status women have about being touched against our will, applies that to being arrested. That police can't touch her because SHE doesn't like it. That's invoking special status on two counts to avoid accountability.

Like, yeah, if the (hypothetical here) President is even held accountable for their actions and can in fact be arrested, "do you know who I am" means absolutely nothing. If you're a person doing something wrong, doesn't matter how rich or famous or nepo'd you are. In a perfect world, anyway.
@@TheRealCanadianGeek Dude, you clearly don't know who I am. I have OVER 6 subscribers on RU-vid. If you arrest me, there will be riots. Your job won't be safe, your family won't be safe, your country won't be safe. I am too important to be arrested. I am above the law.
Imagine some cop signaling for you to stop, he hasn’t said literally anything to you but “can you stop the car?” And your first idea is to ignore any orders he gives you and try to start a fight with him
Her first idea was to leave, actually, which she had complete legal right to. Then the pig shoved his hand through her window and forced the door open when he had no reasonable suspicion at all these people were involved in a crime. Idiot was one a whole wrong street and just assaulted a random woman because she didn't wanna talk to him.
@@GermanKinsmen 1) she didn’t open the door, the cop did because she wouldn’t stop the car 2) she said she didn’t live at the house which gives him enough suspicion… because she’s in the area of a burglary 3) when she doesn’t turn off the car, and the cop has to force his way into the car to turn it off, she says “I will punch you in your face” There is no way you can side with her in this situation, the cop has reason to believe they could be robbers, and she wouldn’t turn off her car when he asked, and then threatened him
@@chadspamton2159 The law and a judge would most likely side with her. Driving down a residential street next to a burglary is not reasonable enough suspicion to stop her. Depending on the state, she had the right to continue driving. The cop was unbelievably unprofessional and acted without thinking. That is a dangerous person to have as a police officer. The woman was driving, minding her own business so when an officer forces you out of your vehicle, she'd obviously be scared. She shouldn't have acted violently however
@@hithisthers7214except for the fact that the law… didn’t side with her? She was charged with battery, plus she was pulling out of a driveway of a house she said she didn’t own, which is more than enough reasonable suspicion
Love how most of these videos could have been avoided by just.. not being morons and cooperating. So wild how the last time cops approached me asking for an ID in the dead of night in the city - while waiting for a friend to get out of the toilet in McD's - it was about... a minute between them coming to me and "have a nice night".
Literally this. I live in Serbia, not once i had a problem with cops, they IDed me multiple times for the past 15 years, always put friendly faces, have a good night, that's that

Nowadays criminals have more human rights than victims. They are sent to jail for protection, not punishment. So these people have gotten so brave and entitled for 'rights'

Yelling STOP! and DON'T TOUCH ME! when the police come to arrest me always works. I told my friends, who have never thought of this brilliant idea before. They immediately became career criminals, and rich because of it, using the same tactic.
I love when they say, "you work for me..." Dude, no they dont and if you are referring to tax money, well, you have to have a job that pays taxes for that line to make any sense and last time i checked, selling and doing meth is not taxable income.
i think it's a bit of both. american culture says feelings always beat facts, victim is hero, the individual is the group, some groups are always the victim, victims can do what they want, cops are all violent racists... everybody gets a gun. no issues will arise I'm sure.
The way they think they can demand for cops to “FIX MY CUFFS NOW” like it’s a date that went too far us so absurd to me. Not to mention, the “don’t touch me! Don’t touch me!” Bullshit while they get in the officers face reminds me of all the times my older brother would put his finger in my face and say “IM NOT TOUCHING YOU IM NOT TOUCHING YOU!!” right before I slapped the shit out of his hand for it.
I swear being arrested or not, you don’t ever threaten a police officer. It’s amazing how these people really think they could just get away with it yet they’re on camera. I will say thank God for those body cams police officers deal with so much crap every day from people so it’s like you know what these officers deserve body cams to show their side, especially if it goes to court
Yeah u don’t threaten a police officer, but those officers should have never been over there in the first place… What r u gonna do if a random cop just pulls up on u for no reason? Now I’m not going to act like she did lmao but cmon now that’s bs…
At least in countries like the US it only results in another charge. I've been to some countries where if a person were stupid enough to do something like this the officer responds by putting their service weapon to the suspects head and pulls the trigger. Funny how in those countries that they don't have an entitled fool problem either. There when cops tell someone to do something it's followed with little to no backtalk.
@@baseball3106 regardless all they have to do is look at their ID and then realize oh we don't have the right suspect. Also reality check that woman did not need to do that she literally snapped and she just brought that on herself. There was a situation similar to mine many years ago but regardless I didn't act out like that. Only difference was I was biking and a cop suspected me as somebody who was selling drugs. Even though I wasn't actually selling any drugs in fact I was actually just riding my bike around. That was nearly 10 years ago.
Rule of thumb- even if you did do something wrong, remain respectful. It will ultimately result in either lesser charges or dropped charges or a nice chat
Small note: Miranda rights can be read at any time after an arrest and before custodial questioning/interrogation. They are not read during the process of an arrest most times due to the nature of arresting someone in the first place. At least that’s my understanding
The whole pants thing and the way people choose to let drugs and alcohol control their lives is something that makes me glad as hell that I chose to quit using and start living life in recovery. October of 2000. I am so grateful to be alive today.

Watching these videos has given me a new perspective of what police have to put up with the insane public. I couldn’t put up with these idiots for one day - I’d quit. Taking that sort of verbal abuse from drunks, druggies and violent criminals almost every day is too much to even think about.
Ever watch the first few seasons of the show Cops?? They were respectful and so were most of the perps. Only one way to see how bonkers humans have become.😢

"Im not gonna see my kid for four months" seems like the kinda thing he should have thought about when he chose to miss two seperate court dates knowing both times it would 100% result in jail.
That mother at the end, should never be allowed behind a wheel again. 3 DUI's with children in the car is utterly insane and selfish. What an awful human being
My first thought watching this man digging around in the bag of his bike after threatening the cop and getting in his face was "no way this cop hasnt shot him yet". Its a sad state of affairs when thats what immediately enters my mind.
I mean... what would you have the policeman do in this scenario? Wait until he has positive ID on a weapon and hope he's faster on the draw? I'm thinking that talking about gunfights coupled with reaching into a bag is plenty of reason to taze the guy. I'm glad the taser option is around these days.

16:10 I absolutely love watching every time someone acts all big and bad to the cops, until the cuffs come on and then it is water work city and the tears start. This woman is no exception because she was all, “ F-you, Screw off pig, don’t ever come to my building again, etc…”, but as soon as she committed a crime, you can see the exact moment when her sphincter tightens and she realized she messed up and started to cry and say sorry. I hate that so much because too many people in this world are fake like that. They want to act like they are, “about that life”, until the moment to prove if they are or not arrives and they just start bawling like a toddler who wants their mommy. This woman probably never got a real reality check in her life, which is why she thinks she can act this way w/o repercussions.
