@@angelzx7961 it depends on what concentration they say 1% can be safe, and possibly the size of the dog. Mine was only 14 lbs and I think it was pure oil from CVS but barely a couple drops dose on back coat. But if it's that risky it's not worth it, why play Russian Roulette? Had I known i would have never taken the chance. I strongly advise against it. My dog had labored breathing, trembling, and rear legs were paralyzed until it wore off. The vet said, if it was stronger the kidneys would have shut down ect the end. Even he said a lot of people don't know about this. So I'm raising awareness, as a friend, stay away.

Toxic algae growth is normal. Most people don't here about it because the news does not talk about it.

Blue green algae has been around since before humans and is effected by CO2 emissions but in some areas it's commonplace for that to grow in mass. It is quite natural tho and has always been around, it likely has little to due with pollution as the CO2 emissions do influence how much and deadly it can be it takes a lot to give significant impact from what I can tell.
