Cute home! Just an idea. What if you put couch facing tv wall? Kind of it’s back facing kitchen as a room divider. Then put the chair that’s next to kitchen by Window where the couch was? Like two separate cozy rooms. Just a thought. It would balance the opposite side one. And ottoman in center in front of couch .

Everything you said resonated with me because I used to be like that. I would leave it until the next days and then be mad because it took me triple the time. I've always struggled with anxiety and depression but never linked it with the cleaning. One day I saw something that said "A clean space is a clean mind" and decided to do that. Yup it definitely helped the first time so I kept doing it. Now I have a "rule" no dirty dishes before going to bed, everything back in its place to hold myself accountable. I would also always put everyone first but when I was going through a hard time no one as there so I cut everyone out. I cut out the talking negative to myself (which was sooo hard) and it lowered my anxiety and depression after some time. Keep on pushing it might be hard now but I promise it will become a habit and it will be so much better. I'm about 5-6 years that I did the change and wish I did it before because my mental health is a lot better. ♡

It's incredible how much of a difference a clean space can make for our mental health. Your rule about no dirty dishes and putting everything back in its place is such a great strategy. If you are working a full time job , being a mom of a toddler and keeping house , cooking , cleaning, you are doing amazing! I hope you have a partner that helps! I could never do all that at once. Especially not alone.

I leave a black and pink hearts for you.i really love this video .i try to keep my mine on good thing to .its so many people dont have and thats what keep me going to know that be thankful in all thing.sometime i feel down but i have my moment and than i say to myself it could be worst and that pick me right back up again.i love you thanks for all your help with the moving.it really drain me and i was hurting crying packing.glad that part is over .now on to better plan for my life.i will have my house soon and maybe i might do a video in my new house.still thinking on that one.love this video keep them coming and love the postive talking❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hey darling...."Words are Powerful" & can have an profound impact on what you do...hence keep on giving yourself grace & affirmations. In time all the positive words will manifest itself into positive actions. PS -where you can afford it, send some "time wasted task" such as "washing clothes" & send them to the laundry (wash & fold) place to do. It will be the best $15-$20 you'll spend as it will give you back time to focus on "YOU"...❤

Maybe keep garbage bags close to garbage bin or under the sink. I just organized under my sink and cleaning products too. 😊

PS...Hey baby girl....stop beating yourself up...about the silly things such as Soda, Juice, Chocolate...Enjoy it , then let it go...but don't have that guilt talk, as that's what makes you feel miserable (& possibly all that sugar at one time). YOLO, hence go ahead an enjoy that chocolate w/o guilt and simply modify & work on how much you consume....You got to give yourself grace & mercy as you go through this transition.
