That's my problem lol cuz when I can't pass 2 feet away from my other player or my players are turtles and the rebounds are all for my opponents and to end it with 3,5 post yea I know ima lose no matter what I do

@@rmonroe401 I don't agree with that I am elite division 1890 not the best but I still get horrible connection lag rebounds goes to my opponent hit post 3 5 times and keeper saves everything.and I damn well know it's not my internet for everything else my internet is fast!! But when it comes to ultimate is wen I wonder I'm paying good amount of money for great internet but ultimate makes rethink this

I have been having so much fun playing with your 5 back formation and tactics. It’s soo good going forward with the two wide backs forcing the play, I haven’t ever used that type of play so it’s been very refreshing and I have been kicking ass in Div 1

Yeah I've gone to a 5 back aswell it seems to work well against everyone using drop back and counters which is the majority let's be honest

I tried a back at start of this weekend league I went 2-5 a at the beginning of the game i used 3-5-2 it was good but it’s passed now I have used 4-3-2-1 for years but I wanted to change so I used 4-4-2 ended up 11-9

@@colinpsajjabi 5 back is useless unless u have the correct tactics. Neal has a video on the one he used called “post patch tactic that exploits park the bus or something. He has a 5-3-2 that is soo good

I just cant seem to do deal with the short passes. A simple 2 yard X pass is always underhit for me so im being forced to use driven passes.

Odd thing is, that I've actually improved since the patch, I've gone from Div 2 to elite (1870 skill rating).

@@NealGuides I've improved since adopting your no mechanics abuse approach, I don't do any skill moves anymore I only left stick dribbling. I like the game better since the patch, I laugh at all the people I see moaning about it, players had become lazy with their assisted jockeying and spamming over the top balls and driven passes.

Lads that’s my tactics: 4-1-2-1-2 (2). RB and LB stay back and Overlap, cdm stay back cut passing lane and cover mid - LCM balance cover mid , RCM stay back cover mid , CAM stay forward, LS get in behind stay forward, RS false nine

I don't find they do. As a test I put everything on 1 depth and width with drop back and my team are still way up the pitch and nobody at the back when I get atatched. Can't find a consistant set-up, however did make elite 2 days before seaons end.

I have started with fifa 22, 2 months ago I came from div 10 to elite without any problem. Then the patch came out and I feel like I have never played fifa, everything is broken and 0 fun to play.

After the patch I prefer new gen to old gen. I find old gen just way to glitchy for my liking. Issues I find with old gen is everyone plays on 100 depth I swear hoping you quit if they score a goal. Sometimes your defence don't stay in a line and one of your defenders goes really deep and keeps the opponents onside Issue with new gen I cant play fut champs because there is a glitch saying i have 1 million ping so have to go back to old gen

I think that glitch is purely visual, but I agree with you on the CB thing. Only upside is it's improved my right stick switching because I have to constantly bring that CB back into place.

I just can’t find a formation I’m happy with and when I do I don’t understand the likes of the difference between the offensive width and defensive because my midfield seems open and when I attack my midfielders at the front and my opponents players just get back so quick

Thats how it is mate Eli is park the bus and counter I got there idk how after the patch and boy I get frustrated cuz I like attacking making good plays and not abuse the mechanics.im like please take me back to division 1 or 2 lol even tho I do win more then loosing in elite but it's a struggle and not enjoying it!

No one likes to play freely it's all one way there's no freedom to the play it's all one way with all these (top players as they are so called ) play the game how's it's meant to be played and we wouldn't have these so called top tear players playing the way they do how they think they are good is mind blowing

Lol 😆 I mean yes ut gives u wins but come on let's enjoy attack make good plays but again it's what ever gives u wins.i guess I'll never be a top player if being a top player is parking the bus counter and wait for a mistake that to me is so boring

Do you notice this problem after this patch I try to defend but when u hold L2 to jockey it will switch players for me it will switch to a player that’s not near the ball too ??

My problem is altough I'm not a bad player I struggle against drop back. I try to be patient in build up play, creating spaces and chances, but at some point I will lose the ball because I make one mistake, a shot gets blocked or I hit the post. Than all it takes is one single through ball to kill my efforts. I don't want to start with abusing certain mechanics, I never have but it is really frustrating how little you actually have to do to win games even if your opponent is superior. When the patch came out, it was really enjoyable for a few days and I nearly won all my games, until people discovered the new meta.

Thats it So just use depth etc but the KI run and defending thing on Balance and make everything yourself (L1/R1)

Division 10 to 8 gameplay is actually harder than 8 and upwards because many good players make new accounts.I did to and it took me 3 and a half hours to get in division 8 😅

Problem is they work sometimes because for some reasons the keeper decides to stand way from his line so he won't save anything, that appears to be totaly random for me.

@@Buberto How do you counter ball possession rats? I've encountered this 8/10 times since I've got to elite and it's frustrating playing out 1-0 2-1 matches with me defending most of the time scoring on the counter.

@@JB-mc1bl in the end it mostly comes down to some good skillruns but with the new auto-defenders it gets really hard... Mostly finish my games with 30-40% ball Aside from that there is some bugged places around the edge of penalty area where longshots go in easy but it’s really hard to hit them

I think I turned to a possession rat with the new patch because everyone is playing drop back and spamming through balls, so you can't afford to lose the ball in build up play 😅
