Well that's how all music works really. Music in a vacuum is meaningless. There needs to be a story, a reason for its existence, a brand/identity behind. It needs to be "remarkable" in the original definition of the word: worth remarking upon. That's how it spreads because people have a reason to tell others.

Blown away at the presentation style. Talking and explaining at the same time as the music examples. The seamless style (build as you go) is so engaging (and it doesn't hurt that the song itself is pretty awesome). Your pacing is excellent too, not staying on one thing for too long but also not rushing. I loved it! Subbed!

i used to be a producer and this video is just brilliant. Back in the days I would also go through the top tracks of a genre and then simply copy the most common features. Eventually I even got somehwat of a "hit" and made some money that I used to finance college. Sometimes I miss those days

I’ve spent almost 20 years of my life writing melodic music, recently a friend asked me to teach how how to produce and he’s big into tech house, I couldn’t for the life of me get anything to sound good, I could get it sounding ok but not decent, I now know that’s because I was writing in minor! Dance genres are often about knowing the techniques rather than outright music theory. I think alot of modern genres are very limited or narrowband musically because they land on a sound and that becomes the genre. Soon gets repetitive and boring, hence why modern genres don't last long.

Very interesting. I was writing some tunes the other day and was wondering why Beatport was telling me everyone was writing in a Major scale. And then wondering why I couldn't get that darker tone I was looking for. I knew straight away what was going on once I started playing around, and I confirmed it through a tutorial of one of the bigger producers and compared the melodic notes he was writing to what the scale of the track was in that Beatport was telling me. Good to see Beatport STILL hasn't fixed that issue on their site since I was buying tunes 10 years ago... It's a basic bit of info that DJs rely on and they can't even get it right.

It's just an algorithm. The fact no rival (Mixed In Key, Rekordbox, etc.) can improve on it suggests the technology just isn't there at the moment. You still need to trust your ears and judge for yourself is something sounds major or minor and whether it's sounding harmonic with other tracks it's supposedly in key with.

As per my realisation its been inspired from dark vibes of Meldoic techno like cassian , anyma and many more. I really love these new vibe of the . @TheJennisda we had complications with the vocal version and are still trying to release it, there is only a 2 min instrumental version so far it's called "Psycho Look".
