Worst experience ever with your country, I heard that Czechia is full of scammers but I didn't know that the scammers are government officers (employees of the Ministry of Interior) AND public university employees too (Czech Technical University in Prague)... I got accepted at CTU and paid EUR 3,214 for a full year and requested an interview at the Czech embassy, the embassy made me wait 45 days for the appointment (while I needed the time the most to start my academic year on time in September 25), this is scam number 1 from the embassy. Scam number 2 (the biggest one) is the Ministry of Interior made me wait 143 days after submitting my application (while others got their visa after 30 and 40 days only) and THEN rejected my application, WHY? (Scam number 3): "I'm planning to go to the Czech Republic and work and stay there" WTF?!!! PS: they want EUR 6,000 in the bank account, I gave them EUR 40,000!! The final scam is from the university (CTU), they refunded only EUR 2,029 so they took EUR 1,185, WHY? Because I attended the worst online sessions ever with them due to waiting for the visa decision, I attended only 3 weeks and stopped because the visa processing time went over 90 days, the professors were giving only to the class and just opened the camera to me via MS teams!!! I will never find a scammer country ever like Czechia, how can I lose a whole year attend a few online sessions, and pay EUR 1,185 to the university??? Please don't delete this comment, let others know the truth about CZ!!
Hey, sorry to hear about your experience. I just want to add a context for others reading this - yes, this can happen. It is very much individual though and I would certainly not see this as something common or standard. There are tens of thousands of student successfully obtaining visa and studying in CZE. Cases like this can happen though, depending on your nationality, quality of your application and the outcome of your interview. The best thing you can do to prevent this is to hire a professional to help you with your application and start enough in advance (say at least 5-6 months prior your expected arrival, ideally even more).
so there is literally nothing for us to do who waits for the approval, me and my friend both applied on the same day at the same time at the same embassy for the student visa and she’s gotten hers 10 days ago and i’m here a wreck of nerves 😂😂😂 thanks for explaining how it works and how i should just wait a bit more ❤
It took me around 1 year for the whole process just for the MOI to ignore my Visa application for 4 months and the University deadline is for Enrollment is on February 19. Great, just great!
@@jankalina-CzechVisaExpert hi Jan. Nice to hear from you again. Apparently, I may not have much time for the whole process to be finished in time for the enrollment. I already sent a formal letter to the MOI office in Praha 6 but I don't think that would make much of a difference since it'll still take time just for the document to arrive. The Uni just told me to re-do the admission process again which is tedious and brings a lot of PTSD to me. Anyhow, I would be keen on trying out options to other countries. I just want to ask if your insurance partners cover other countries as well? I'll email you a detailed inquiry soon.
@@janvincentchioco7199Sure, get in touch :) Most of the insurance only provide insurance for CZE though, even though some of them are international brands.
Hello sir thanks so much for the great work. I had my bachelor's degree at Mendel University after completing a hard the opportunity to work in the Czech Republic. While processing for work permit I sent all documents but unfortunately MOI didn't receive my accommodation so they canceled the process. I went to the office to find out if a can start the process again because I had my accommodation already and they didn't receive it when I mail all documents to them. They told me to return to my home country and apply again. So they gave me a departure order. It's been 3 years I have been trying to get back to further my Master's degree and it hasn't been easy. Any advice for me will be much appreciated.
Hey, thank you for the comment! I think it would be best to arrange a consultation with us to go through your case in details and then be able to give a proper advice :)
I applied to the university of Masaryk university and finally submitted my visa application in the Czech Republic Embassy of New Delhi India. 1.File submitted 14 November 2023 2.The embassy sent me an email for an additional interview 59 days later (12.01.2024.) 3. Additional interview date 18 March 2024. The enrollment deadline is 15 March 2023. In this case , what should I do Sir? Love from Bangladesh Sir ❤ Please give me guidance about this issue if you have any solution
What could you do? Just attend the interview and do you best. @mamahoraaa also made a good point - communicate everything with the university so they know what is happening.
Hi, i have a savings account with a visa card, does the embassy accept savings account i had asked for a current acount but they told me i can'nt have it because i am not an employee. They say i can use the money with this account because the visa card is international.

Hi sir. We are actually working with you in move to prague. This is for family reunification visa, long term visa. My documents were received on sept 2023. But I was not interviewed at that time, we just received an email today after more than 90days that I will have an appointment for interview and was asked to submit bank statement again. After the interview and the submission of the said document again, how long will I still wait for the decision. Thankyou
Hey! Oh, sorry, I did not realize! Please forward the email to the Immigration Specialist you are working with and they will let you know what to do next and what to expect :)
