seeing providence in a music video is so surreal. it's crazy how an image of a dingy highway can be this nostalgic. the best part is the imagery encompasses the vibes of providence, of rhode island as a whole, oh how little and unnoticed we are.

This song reminds me of living in the ghetto yet cosmopolitan city of Spokane, Washington. They had a hospital there named providence, but the general atmosphere of this song reminds me of how everything there was on the border between sketchy or beautiful and it was easy to fall on the sketchy side.
