Yes , it’s better stay off-campus. It will reduce more money rather than staying at campus housing.

Yes you can apply. But i recommend you to prepare well and take another exam . If you score at least 6, then you might have better chance to choose better university.

It's better to have scholarship rather than not having. If you have $4800 scholarship then it's fine. Visa chance is depend on how you deliver your answer . @@yes-lt6lr
