2PAC is the Goat, I love Cube , Snoop music and LL but they and their music are not being studied in colleges around the world and a hundred years from 2Pac will still be relevant.
Facts yea they all legends and Gods for what they do. All brought something different and dope to the game. Cube inspired Pac. Pac is Pac and Snoop is the most popular Rapper all time. They all have classic/timeless albums and hits aswell. ‘Hip Hop Runs The World!’ 🔥💪🏾
@504 Certified Big Dog O'SHAY JACKSON & CALVIN BROADUS ARE GREAT HOOD REPORTERS aka RAPPERS. PAC WAS REALLY ABOUT THAT LIFE..IT COST HIM TRUE ENOUGH BUT THAT'S WHY HE'S HELD IN A HIGHER LEVEL. O'SHAY WAS BITTER ABOUT YO-YO 🪀 TOO...DO YOUR RESEARCH PAC WAS THE STREETS O'SHAY AND CALVIN WAS THE SIDEWALKS.
Pac was the bridge between East and West, the streets and civilian society, thug life and black panther ideology. Nobody can even say Pac stole his style from them because he literally created his own lane in the music industry. Dude was a visionary and a modern day Malcolm X. Had he lived he would’ve been a whole movement!
I think that's why he not alive. Cause he was gone spark the brain to over throw the bullshit we going thru til this day. But we wasn't listening an he died to soon pac lives on so we listening now. For the one who not sleep. Fuck this new rap. They taking bout bullshit if you ask me same as the world we living in now.
Public Enemy, Pac said he followed Chuck D blue print. Listen to PE you'll see what I'm saying. No knock on Pac but everyone took from those before them
Cube had an incredible decade from 88 - 98, Str8 Outta Compton, Amerikkka's Most Wanted, Kill At Will, Death Certificate, The Predator, Lethal Injection, Bow Down, War & Peace, Boyz In Da Hood, Trespass, Higher Learning,Friday, Players Club, Cube put in work during that decade
Mannnnn, pac been dead for like 30yrs. People still talk about the man like he died yesterday. This generation doesn't understand the type of influence and impact Tupac had on the world. Every man wanted to be like him, and every woman wanted to be with him💯
I recently went to the Tupac Museum in Los Angeles and saw all of his original writings and ideas. That dude was in a league of its own. If that man had lived he would have surpassed Ice Cube in movies, JayZ as a hiphop icon and Puffy as a hiphop mogul. He had movie scripts, tons of albums and groups he was ready to start working on. Dude even had a British female artist he was about to start working with. Ice Cube is in my top 5 but Tupac had something Cube don’t. I think by Pac dying, put a lot of artists in bigger and better position. One thing about Tupac is he was consistent.
ITS FUNNY HOW PEOPLE KEEP COMPARING THEY SELF TO TUPAC THAT SHOW YOU RIGHT THERE THEY EVEN KNOW THAT NIGGA WAS A BEAST. IF YOU ASK THEM OFF CAMERA WHO WAS THERE FAVORITE RIGHT THEY WILL TELL ALLL THE WAY IN THE BASEMENT OFF THE RECORD THAT PAC WAS THEY FAV. HE WAS OUR MALCOLM X OF RAP. THAT WHY HE IS DEAD. SHIT THE WORLD KNOW THAT. NOOOOOOOOOOOO OTHER RAPPER DARE TO PUT THEY LIFE OUT THERE TO SPEAK ON POLICE POLITICS OR ANY THING FOR THEY PEOPLE TO WAKE UP. BUT PAC DID. SO ITS NO COMPARING NO OTHER RAPPING TO HIM ON THAT REASON ALONE. END OF FUCKING STORY. THEY WERE GOOD RAPPERS. HE WAS GREAT
They still play Tupac songs to this day even after his death can't say that about cube plus your favorite rapper for today talks about Tupac he's their idol
We don’t even know if pac had reached his prime yet! Dude was only in the game 5/6 yrs & had the greatest run we’ve ever seen in that span! Yet we still having these discussions 🤦🏽♂️ College courses on his lyrics! Tribes named after him in Africa! Statues & murals around the world! Multiple museums & exhibits about his life & music! His belongings, poems & possessions auctioned off over the years for thousands & even millions ! 2 diamond albums! One in life & in death!!! Most albums sold posthumously than any other deceased artist & it’s not even close! Stared in 6 major motion pictures ! Including tv shows! 1st artist to have the #1 album in the country behind bars! 1st artist to release a double album! Started trends in hip hop 70% of today’s generation don’t even realize! Dude was modeling Versace clothing before he passed ! Got some of the most quotable bars in music history! Went toe to toe with the whole damn East Coast successfully! Hella battle tested as an MC! I could go on all day with straight facts! But the point is Pac is the undisputed 🐐 THE FACE OF HIP HOP! Period
The sad truth is his voice had to be stopped, he was too powerful. If he had anymore time here on earth everything would be different, but his death put things back in place for the establishment.
Wow. You on point with all that shit you saying Def well said do any other rapper stand against that shit all these rappers in they late 30s 49s an still can't reach what pac did in his 20s repost this shit for the WHOLE WORLD TO SEE CAN THESE STUPID MFERS THAT THINK OTHER WHILE SHOULD BE SLAPPED LIKE A BITCH TO EVEN SAY DIFFERENT. ALSO DONT FOR GET HE WAS BORN IN JAIL THE ROSE THAT GREW FOM THE CONCRETE. TUPAC FOR EVER UNTIL I DIE NOT LISTENING TO NOTHING ELSE PERIOD
Cube is a legend and still living and still making his legacy even better. Pac spirit was different his impact was different his up bringing was different.
Pac is attached to one of the most controversial deaths in the US, so only in music can we compare. Cube brought a whole new league of basketball and his executive game is on another level.
some of the gangster rap from Cube was just over the top, Pac edged him out because he explained why he was mad and on some gangster ish he brought the human element into gangster rap he always had a reason and pac really was living wild
&&&....Have u seen the Video of Pac Speaking behind the Podium ....like he was Malcolm......Pac passed to soon....Days after he passed - Chuck D said Pac could've been the next Malcolm X.....
To be honest man when it's come to Tupac the only thing I can say about him is he's a legendary rapper no other rapper can replace him...Also I can say he's a West Coast & East Coast rapper......
Man this guy is dead the rest still alive being successful.. But Pac when alive wasn't getting no cash Suge was getting his cash..so wats the point.. Then your comparisons are so childish an unrealistic
@@tracyrosss4516 Pac got cash, 🛑 that dum rhetoric. Wasn’t no rappers getting crazy cash back then. Remember Pac money from all eyes was coming. But he already was given millions before then. Remember 1.4 million bail, his mansion and his mom mansion. His jewelry and cars. His videos and hotels and cash advances and taking care a whole crew of people with security pay. Name a rich rapper from back then? Cube and LL made their fortune from movies and other adventures. Need more schooling?
@@nightnight4575 2pac only had a 4 year run in the rap game jordan had atleast a ten year run as the top athlete of the planet that is why I compare pac to Muhammed Ali because both of them stood for something and they were outspoken
Put it like this. Take Pac and Cubes catalog and delete it. Which one would you rather have if you can only have one? Cube is dope. No question but Pac is still on heavy rotation on my playlist.
Until a living artiste can write a better lyrics than Tupac's "thugs mansion" . All rappers have to bow down to TuPac's lyrical vocabulary. People in America do not understand how influential Tupac's lyrics are outside of America. The WORLD love Tupac.
Tupac is the greatest of all time those double cd proven that no one was doing that pac set the trends for selling records and a trail of music behind we love him and you to.
Wicked is soooo right...much love from Africa...Tupac is the only rapper my grand father listen too...my grandfather is 92yrs old and he listens to Tupac because he understands him and he makes sense ...he loves dear mama, Brenda got a baby, I got a round and pain
@@blittz10 if you mean the beat selection ? I get that, but what he was saying is 🔥. Even Pac complained to Shock G (i think it was Shock) about some of the tracks he was getting at that time.
@@Gunsmoke-dd1ym one of my favorites. Can definitely relate. Pac Had to play catch by myself, what a sorry sight A pitiful plight, so I pray, poor starry night Please send me a pops before puberty The things I wouldn't do to see a piece of family unity Moms always work, I barely see her I'm startin' to get worried without a pops I'll grow to be her It's a wonder they don't understand kids today So when I pray, I pray I'll never grow to be that way And I hope that he answers me I heard God don't like ugly, well take a look at my family A different father every weekend Before we get to meet him they break up before the week ends I'm gettin' sick of all the friendships As soon as we kick it he done split and the whole shit ends quick How can I be a man if there's no role model? Strivin' to save my soul I stay cold drinkin' a forty bottle I'm so sorry... The last verse was the good too. I think you could call it Chopped N Screwed. First time i ever someone do that (from Queens, NY so that was new to me). Also known as Pac's Soulja's voice
Snoop may lack in kickin hella deep ish. But he deff has his own flow and style. His albums are fire as well. I bought majority of em up to ‘Doggumentary’. High quality albums. ‘Hip Hop Runs The World!’ 🔥💪🏾
@@Artislife1992 you’re right about that fr..That’s why he’s still around. He gotta simple laidback flow that you can chill with but he’s definitely not in a Ice Cube or Tupac category fr.
4:58 So I guess Ice Cube didn't have a debut album entitled "Amerikkka's Most Wanted" (1990) and the follow up album "Death Certificate" (1991) featuring the late great Dr. Khalid Abdul Muhammad (R.I.P.) . If you listen to both of those albums you will know that Ice Cube was pro Black.
@@rasungod7257 I wholeheartedly concur, although I am sure these two men have heard the albums. The difference between Ice Cube and Tupac at the time was that Tupac was more outspoken about community issues when it came to media, just as 'Ol Dirty Bastard was, even though the rest of the Wu-Tang Clan made recordings about social issues.
@@raybee5574 The Bombsquad (Public Enemy prodcers) did his first album and like you said he collaborated with Public Enemy on "Burn Hollywood Burn" of their third album "Fear Of A Black Planet" (1990).
all legends and all great but pac on another level yall need to stop it man why yall don't do this to biggie everytime I get on the internet I see sum dumb ahh 2pac disrespect smh
Cube was a beast and I love Pac but U I couldn’t possibly be mad at that statement. PAC’s music didn’t catch flames until he went to prison. He definitely made awesome music but was musically appreciated until after his 3rd CD. Cube was on top of his game from day one.
@@misane2212 ... u right bro but when he took the throne he took it and never gave it back... plus everything he was future on before me against the world stone cold hard verses you could tell he was coming bro...
Really stop it gang 😂 snoop was that nigga before pac snoop a fuckin legend bar for bar that's why pac and snoop was so close because of their work ethics
Cube top 10 or 20. Dope af, but Pac was another machine. To the point where Cube bit off his adlib. Yayayee!!! Don Mega!!! Westside!!! Cube never uttered those words b4 Pac. With respect
@@KMobstaBeatz that's not true. These are facts. Coincidentally (which I don't believe in) I've been listening to Cube's catalog every day for the past week. Huge fan of his movies except are we there yet. You must not be a true fan if you think anything I've said isn't accurate WSC came out after Pac died and they made Bow Down. B4 that cube had some gangster shit but not yelling Westside. Eastcoast was mad at cube, they felt he kept the beef going after Pac died. All due respect, hip hop is a way of life, I truly live it. Talk about these new rappers and you right, idk shit. 05 and back, we talkn my language.
@@KMobstaBeatz yeah he was "reppin" that's not the debate Cube is from LA, Pac is from Harlem. I'm saying in that Pac Cadence 🗣"Westside" , "Yayayee!!!" Idk when he started saying Westside but the Yayayee is on Bomb1st . Just like Lil Wayne didn't make "Bling", Pac said it on a song called let's be friends. I love Cube pause ⏸️ but I'm telling the truth 🤷🏾♂️ ain't nothing wrong with the truth. We need more of it in the world
Tupac made his mark , As well as Cube , I just feel Tupac was the better human as a front line running for Our Generation , Pac was more willing to DIE for his calling ah lil more then Cube , You would have thought Pac lived in your home with all the pressure we went through!!? G Shyt
Mannnnn, y'all are sleeping on Ice Cube. NWA. Westside Connection. Solo career. Movie career. He spoke truth to power before Tupac even grabbed a mic. I dig Pac but he can't light a candle to Ice Cube
Pac did all that as well. He's from the Panthers. Cube ran to the east and jumped on the bomb squad balls and become a FOI member on the mic . Trust ,I was there - TK
Tupac gave us 100% his entire heart and soul.....he didn't just make music....he gave his entire HEART AND SOUL to his generation, his people, so that he could show them that they weren't alone in what they were going through, he wanted you to know he understood and you were not less than, you were not invisible. He was 100% as real as they come and that's why we saw his ups and downs, he didn't shy away from the world seeing him at his worst....and his best.......I'm sorry I could sit here and get so deep into this but I'm not going to because the people who love Pac the way I do know exactly what I am trying to say. He was selfless.....
Even though 2Pac (RIP) is my Goat, and Me Against The World is my favorite album ever, I gotta give the respect to Cube. Hit Em’ Up is the second best diss of all time. No Vaseline dismantled an entire group. 1 against 4. - Signed 08/08/2022
"Picture perfect, I paint a perfect picture bombing hoochies with precision, my intention's to get richer with the S-N double-O-P, Dogg, my fuckin' homie You's a cold-ass nigga on them hogs." Pac was the best in Tow of America's Most Wanted.
