You’re amazing man, I’ve played guitar in the pit for my high school a couple times and it was probably the funnest things I’ve ever done with guitar, all the genres you have to learn and the different styles. I really aspire to do what you do some day, it’s awesome, not to mention that wicked is like my favorite broadway and you get to play it and it sounds amazing, I’ve seen it and it’s really made me want to pursue pit orchestras, thank you for doing what you do :)))
Hi Dave - thanks for posting theses videos ! Really helpful for prepping for the show we are doing this year over in NZ. Any chance you may be able to post a few more of your work? Cheers
Craig Buttar many thanks :-) it was the most challenging show I’ve ever done. They’re definitely making it harder and harder for non-professional musicians to play these scores! Lol. I haven’t edited and cut any other videos I’m afraid. But any questions feel free to send me a message.
Hi again Dave - not long till we play wicked here in little old NZ ! (gulp) Theres a fast run at the end of 'No good Deed" thats proving a bit a a challenge to pull off (no pun intended) and wondered if you found a way to play it that got you across the line on time ? Any tips gratefully received Cheers Craig
@@DaveBanen oh i didnt think you would actually reply, ive been watching your videos and overanalysing them all day lol. So did the beginning of the song not include guitars at all?
