If you don’t follow this guide on a widebody car you will definitely run out of material. What’s not in this video is how sometimes the extra piece I cut off is too small to fit the wide body pieces so you want to make sure to use only what you need for each panel and save all your scrap pieces for the wide body. STOP SAVING THE BUMPERS FOR LAST! I was able to wrap a 4 door car, redo a whole door I messed up, wrap a wing, and do all the wide body pieces with ONE 5x60 foot roll. So if your wrapper tells you there isn’t enough material, they messed up and it’s on them! So work that into the price at the beginning not when the car is half done and torn apart but you need to wait another 7-10 business days for a second roll to arrive. Send them this video!
Never seen someone spent so much money on a Corolla, unless it’s one of those old school ones. I would love to knock on it, but much respect for the creativity that went behind it. The wrap definitely brought out much of the details.
Honestly this is why it's such a difference having the car kind of "all the way done". Seeing this halfway through the mods would be annoying (mostly from a semantics perspective).
I normally am not a fan of this, but i really love this corolla and seeing all the hard work hes put into it and how proud he is of it, really puts a smile on my face
Bro you are absolutely insane at wrapping cars. I have watched allot of your videos but after watching you do this car I have a whole different respect for your craft
@@pitech4446 Because he didn’t want a Supra lol. I don’t understand the logic of asking why someone bought a specific vehicle over another when everyone’s financial situations and styles are different
I absolutely love this color it's so different that it's fly af. In person I bet it's even more fire. That's a good Toyota color period. I like it the car itself ain't my cup of tea but it's beautiful in its own
I actually got a 2018 corolla too and I clicked on this video to see what a modified corolla would look like. This man took it to another level. Respect the time and effort put in.
We appreciate this Corolla because on how the owner is so passionate about it and paradox is so curious about it. But if this is a drewpeacock video it will be a different outcome 🤣
you have to respect this guys ingenuity and creativity. Just like a musician or painter, hes an artist, just less conventional with the car as his medium.
theres actually a few nice corollas out there. i have a show corolla myself. i got mine painted from a bodyshop. some people think its wrapped, which it does look like wrap, but i got mine liquid dipped.
Is this real?!?!?! U kno what, he custom almost everything himself. I gotta respect that. I don't agree, but it's not my car. I admire his love for this.
Not gonna lie, I was surprised to hear that you don't own a bagged car! Any one of your beauties would sit PRETTY on bags. Do it Paradox, for the people!
6:26 - it's from racing. yup to keep the under hood temps as low as possible you'll see that a lot in SFWD Import Drags here on the East Coast. particularly down in the South in the Summer heat/humidity of Florida a lot of the B/K motor Honda guys will have that gap at the back of the hood. some of the hardcore types - copying the big V8 boys - will run a dry block with filler for strength and safety (can't blow a hose, get water under the tires and crash on coolant if you're not using any). this then means without a functioning cooling system to keep temps down you generally won't hear them idling the car either unless they're physically working on the engine, or they're in the burn out box about to make a pass. for a street cars it's mostly just to "look cool" since the OEM cooling system has already been designed to keep temps in check in even the most extreme situations, but for us car guys "looking cool" has value so sure why not.
Just curious, but at 10:11 when you're wrapping that wide body piece I see a bunch of what looks like a bunch of water spots/a dirty panel. Do you do prep on the cars before wrapping like a wash etc before hand? If not that's a huge No-No since its trapping all that underneath the wrap.
For the American Muscle guys that want to get those honeycomb rotors I contacted Adam’s Rotors and he can’t help hellcats but can do the 4 piston scat and RT/v6 rotors
This build is strange to me but as long as the owner likes it that's what matters. not my cup of tea but I like the color and the wrap job was amazing.
...GA MUN! Boy you did it now! I likka the color sir, and always appreciate the mentorship or admission of how difficult this is. I think I may just swing the DINAN Wagon by for a "gloss over"! YAHOO, #TheLostFalcon_MarkOne->
