If one wanted to continue the wide pattern for a greater length, for example for a belt or rifle sling, how much of each color is needed per inch of finished product?

I love this collar but want to use side release buckle. Is there a way to do it with one of them?

For anyone who may be struggling with the main pattern and looking for a better way to follow along, you can keep jumping back to 6:15 once you get to 9:43. I found that it repeats itself very well for anyone looking to follow along. I hope this helps someone. 😊

g'day mii, i usually do a few inches first, then see how much cord i used for those inches, then times it by how long i want the collar to be. All the best.
