Fun fact: Mira is actually a real shooting star. It's a red giant variable star traveling at sub sonic speeds loosing mass as it travels. It even has an amazing tail that is 13 light years long. I researched about it thanks to Widek's song, and as a personal note, I'd love to name my child Mira if it's a girl :p
It's so good. What an amazing discovery. People keeps saying to me that modern music sucks but every time I discover stuff like this, i always shake my head. Scale The Summit, Chon, Widek, Plini, Sithu Aye, Intervals, are all great and deserves more recognition. Need to explore more this kind of music.
It's because your average listener to music these days are morons. Ever wonder why music radio terrestrially sucks? Because when they do ratings, everyone wants to hear the same shit. Led Zeppelin, red hot chili peppers, and whatever garbage avenged sevenfold crap they choose. Nobody is smart enough to understand this music like this.. Understand is the key word. They have no idea what its about, what goes into it, and why it's so complex.
I think we can compare music to a form of language. The majority do not understand complexe music like they do not understand cantonese. So those people stick to what they understand or what the already know. It's why radio stations are still playing modern easy listenable music
I am a drummer and lately I have started following guitarists. Jakub Zytecki, Owane, Widek, Plini, Aaron Marshall, David Maxim, Modern Day Babylon.. it's a huge circle of talent and what I love best is they are all good friends helping and supporting each other
I have to say, I really did miss your older heavier sound when this album and Outside the Universe came out. But as I've listened to these more and more, I've really come to appreciate them so much more, and I do enjoy them more so than Multiverse and Aurora Borealis. All really great stuff of course!

Es asombroso, es la de verdad, estoy feliz de vivir en una época como esta por tíos como el chaval que compone, pero a la vez triste porque no se valora lo verdaderamente bueno en este mundo aún.
Estamos en una epoca con muy buena musica de parte de musicos muy talentosos, pero si, es un gusto muy particular este y por esto otras cosas mas no son realmente valorados a nivel mundial, cosa que realmente merecen.

I love the ''wall of sound'', that clean sound is as good as it gets, and I also appreciate not overly processed distorted guitars. The album is also masterfully mixed, however you need headphones with good instrument separation ability to fully enjoy all the guitar tracks and ambient noises there are.

This is a perfect mix of atmospheric and heavier elements that makes this music my go-to for car rides, work, or anything really. Such a pleasure to have such talented musicians in the world. I love so much this music... It's so weird and at the same time beautiful! You mixed together two really different music genres (Ambient and Metal), and the result of this fusion is an awesome modern prog metal thing. You totally nailed it. I love death metal and deathcore and all those badass underground metal genres. This genre I also love it chills me out when my anger gets to much to handle. progressive music like this helped me figure that out I get tired of being angry sometines. Widek is definitely one of my first to go bands when I need to calm the fuck down.

If you ask me, Owane's got the best solo on here. Thanks to Widek I found his stuff for the first time, and it's all really great - you should check him out since you already seem to be familiar with the other guys!
Chalky Wilston not sure man sithu killed it too, and his style lends itself most to an album like this. Of their own writing I'm an Owane and Plini guy because im really not a djent guy. I also think they have super tastful riffs. I think Sithu is a dope guy and a shred master so im sunscribed those 3. tl;dr owane and plini are my favorites; only in the context of this album thought plini had a weak solo. thought sithu killed, thought owane pretty damn good too. Not a letchford fan. Can't connect to his playing. Dont know the other 2. came here for my 3 dudes.
