I have a widewheel pro and the ninebot g30 max, quality wise .. ninebot/xiaomi HANDS down a much better scooter. A xiaomi will handle 900-1000km worry free, the widewheel forget about it. The widewheel is more of a fast but simple machine, super chinese parts all over the place. Despite both scooters being chinese made (xiaomi is a chinese brand), widewheel is korean but still made in china. WWP lack of bluetooth, no regen braking (as xiaomi has). Either way, both are fun, but for all around the xiaomi handles way better, very good range, and low speed 15.5mph due to speed regulations as they want to be sold all over the place. Widewheel pro - made in china (you said "other junky chinese things"), korean company - expensive - Extremely heavy, not easy to commute with - poor to zero performance in the rain - 100% chinese parts - headlight is to be seen, not to see with - no regen braking, poor brake performance (requires hydraulic brakes as a nice upgrade) - only positive = suspension and top speed Xiaomi / ninebot - made in china, chinese company - low top speed - light weight unit, compact - air tires, much better handling - usable headlight - lack of sunspension - bluetooth app enabled - regen braking - dependable range 65km in Drive mode
