Wie ich mit der Natur verbinde | Land Art | Herbst in Norwegen 

(Video ohne Worte) Meine "Naturtherapie" im herbstlichen Wald hilft mir, Körper und Geist zu entspannen, während ich im Wald einfache Mandalas mit schönen Herbstblättern lege. Es macht mich glücklich und ich fühle Frieden in meinem Herzen.
Diese Art von Kunst in der Natur wird LandArt genannt. Für mich ist es meine Naturmeditation und Naturtherapie.
Es hilft mir, mich zu konzentrieren, in Kontakt mit der Natur zu kommen, meinen Kopf frei zu bekommen und loszulassen. Während ich kreiere, konzentriere ich mich darauf, dankbar zu sein für alles was ich liebe.
Ich liebe den Wald, der Herbstwald ist sehr besonders. Waldbaden ist Balsam für die Seele 💚

My "nature therapy" in the fall, it helps me relax my body and mind, while I make simple mandalas in the woods with beautiful autumn leaves. It makes me happy and I feel peace in my heart.
This type of art in nature is called LandArt. For me, it is my nature meditation and nature therapy. It helps me to focus, get in touch with nature, clear my mind and let go. As I create, I focus on feeling grateful for everything I love.
