Ohh ya it’s people who make it dirty but still railway is suppose to clean it after every journey right....so you people keep your house dirty thinking it will anyways get dirty again, do you leave it as it is? no you clean it everyday the same way railway is also suppose to clean it when it was not clean we had to mention When there is no water in the trains who for that also people are responsible?
