Why is it that the wife choose to suffer in silence when she knew that her husband is cheating and even bring his mistress in your house. I think you do not need to be respected because you do not respect yourself.Your husband chose to cheat . He chose to destroy his family. A child is still his child no matter what. I don’t pity a wife whose chose to be blind and doormat. You will suffer more in the future if you let it slide.
I usually just see husband cheats, wife cries, mistress bully’s wife, husband regrets. I put a check next to don’t like and I move on to Korean videos. They are more respectful. @@martacristinapereira2369
Awful thing for writers to keep portraying women as weak, needy, and hard up for men. They easily forgive them and even feel it’s their fault they get cheated on.
These films portrayed Chinese women as 1.timit, weak, dependent wives who have no self-esteem, no self respect, who are just doormats, slaves, hide behind a mask as dutiful wife & mother. 2.men who are selfish, irresponsible, who make cheating wife the most easy thing to do. These people should not marry!

Maybe the writer doesn’t respect his wife if he has one or women because he portrays wife as a doormat and cannot be respected. He is doing it even in his own house. All the Cdrama made wives as a pitiful person and not worthy of respect from their own perspective as writers and glorified the mistresses. They made them the heroines of their story. This is my opinion as a viewer. I seldom see a drama that the wife walked away and became a successful person.
I think it’s a leftover from the time when Chinese men had several wives. That ment that there was always someone else available if one wife “fell out” (died, got sick, was pregnant, cheated or just unfavored). In that aspect the single individual/wife was less important and the man didn’t cheat. That is why most of the period/costume productions centers around the wives/concubines (or wife-wannabes) fighting amongst, and even killing, each other (or each other’s children/fetus) in order to be “favored” by the man. Sad.
Despicable man, but at least he tries to tell her (at a certain point) even if she doesn't want to listen. Most cheaters hide/deny it until they are exposed - or as the saying goes, "They won't cry until they see the coffin".

Guess only for infidelity Cdrama the writers are all crap. I'd like to suggest u to watch ancient cdrama. U won't get heartache, headache, or blood boil. Unlike when u watch this kinda cheap crap infidelity drama written n directed by 10th level underground writers n director.
