Come on now you should know this. I worked in the ORs for 11 years. In the Accident and Emergency unit one day I saw something that was a perfect example of this. There were 2 people in the waiting room. One had a hangnail and was screaming and crying like she was about to die. There was a guy next to her who has cut half way through his hand with a table saw who said to the nurse "I wasn't going to bother coming in but the wife made me".

Why would someone be so ungrateful and happy in their life to do something like this? She had a kid when she was a kid herself, she worked hard to be a nurse while taking care of a child as a single mother and was married and owned a home and worked as a nurse-she had a great life. And yet it wasn’t enough, she had to kill an innocent man who loved her, ruin her life forever but she also ruined her sons life forever too. It’s horrible to think someone is so selfish to do that. Maybe if she had been clean she would’ve made better decisions but either way what a waste of a life she just threw down the drain and took so many people down with her. She is a Disgusting person.

@KenjaD2ROfficialMusic
@KenjaD2ROfficialMusic 3 месяца назад
Depends on context. You can say a lion doesn’t need to tell you it’s a lion, but it’s an entirely different creature. A human may need to articulate they aren’t something to certain people because not everyone thinks the same. For example you may have to repeatedly show and tell a child you are friendly and are there to take care of them for them to trust give you respect etc. you may be adopting someone and they’re things they need to hear for them to come around to you. So I’d say it’s very situational as human beings vs an entirely different creature who has the appearance to tell you it’s what it is and will act accordingly. Just depends on context.

I’ve heard of people using tramadol when they can’t find their usual opiate pain killers as a way to ease the withdrawal, I’ve heard of people being addicted but never heard of it being a drug of choice.. doctors usually prescribe tramadol when they’re uncomfortable prescribing hydro/oxycodone.. maybe she thought writing her own scripts of tramadol would’ve less suspicious than writing for something stronger.. also no id required when picking up because it’s non narcotic.. who knows, sounds like she was having an affair and killed her husband for life insurance money to spend with her new boyfriend and is only blaming drugs after the fact as an excuse.. throw her in jail and forget about her.. feel sorry for the son and the victim..

Tramadol is about the mildest prescription med for pain you can get. However, it also can be used as a mild antidepressant. That's why stopping suddenly is hard. This is terribly fucking sad for me to watch, especially since being an addict on pain pills myself before. This woman’s life just got flushed down the fucking toilet partly from opiates, and I’m am NOT saying that the opiates are to blame fully. I’m sure it was boiling on the surface, all the stress, all the lies and bullshit then probably going through with drawl on top of it caused her to snap. She even says she works in health care and knows there’s help for it but was too ashamed. That is almost the case with a lot of addicts because most people look at opiates/heroin addicts like garbage or that we enjoy being that way. Let me tell you we don’t, and that stigma needs to end so people won’t be ashamed to ask for help, AND SHIT LIKE THIS DOESNT ESCALATE TO THIS POINT.

The person posting was pointing out how hard it can be to ask for help as an addict when you work in certain jobs.... I work in auto finance and consider myself having a good career as I average between 125 to 145k per year over the last 11 years. I had to go get help from the Veteran Hospital and checked myself into the in patient drug rehab called Cat 5 back in 2017. I served in the Marine Corps Infantry as a 0331 machine gunner. I got injured in Iraq in 2004 and for years the V.A. do tors kept throwing pain meds at me to control the pain from a gun shot wound and being in a truck k that was hit with an IED.. At one point the V.A. had me on MS Contyn 100 mg ( Morphine ) 3x a day, Dilaudid 8mg 3x a day, Roxicodone 30 mg for break through pain up to 6x a day. That is a massive amount of daily opiates. One day I got a new doctor who took them all away and gave me Vicodin 7.5 mg instead. I instantly went into withdraw and had to start buying pills off the street... Then when that didn't work I started chasing heroin. As a finance manager at a large auto dealership I was scared to say I needed help. I finally got the bullet and just hit my 7 year clean mark on April 27, 2024.

I’m a recovering opiate addict myself (November will be 8 years clean time for me) and yes I agree our society needs to work harder to destigmatize addiction and recognize that it’s a disease and people need help, not judgement. Now in this case with this lady, I feel that her having addiction to tramadol isn’t that much related to that. I mean you and I haven’t killed anyone cause of our addiction. Congrats on your sobriety! As a recovering opiate addict myself (November makes 8 years clean for me) I definitely agree! I feel like she is using addiction as a sob story/excuse. Most addicts I know haven’t killed their spouse!!

I don't understand people, they think that if they commit a crime they will go free because they commit the crime to get the life insurance money or to make their life with another person and what they do is sentence themselves to life in prison, really. I don't understand🫣🙆🏻‍♀️🙄

I've been taking pain medication since I was 15 years old because of back issues. when I was 17 I had two major back surgeries and spent 18 months in a body cast. I always had Percocet in my medicine cabinet to take when needed. I'm now 63 years old. I also had three neck surgeries two knee surgeries two shoulder surgeries My fibula bone from knee to ankle is out of my left leg that's in my back. I now take 15 mg of morphine every day. I never tried killing anyone. After the surgery when I was 17 I was 5'10 I'm now 5'5 my back is caving in. The L 3 4 5 s1 and S2 in my lower back is all degenerated. The steel rods in my back stop at L 2. I've been married for 35 years and not once did I ever think of killing my wife or anyone else.

The age of 16 she had spent all of her life wanting to have a child, How sad. I think that's part of the problem with so many women they daydream of having a baby not having a teenager or a grown up child who constantly wants things from them where the baby gets to be a toddler I start thinking of I want another baby realising shortly after most people cannot afford to have children and bring them up successfully
