Seems like it. Reverse image search brings up nothing for any of the people pictured, the voice over is obviously ai (listen to the way it says 2020 at 20:06) there are no obituary or arrest records for people involved... only "willow creek" that fits the small town description is in Humboldt County CA and they don't have a city day festival unless you count the Bigfoot festival... Edit: Only 2 women were sentenced to death in 2019 and neither of them are named Sarah or even have similar crimes
