I purchased a new WiFi watch which is much better than the previous version. Who needs a fitness tracker when you can have a watch that tracks your Wi-Fi hacking skills? Because, you know, getting kicked off a network is the ultimate cardio workout.
They basically took the same deauth app software that runs on an ESP32 and made this James Bond watch with it. I did a video over a year ago using a Flipper and a WiFi dev ESP32 board and using it to deauth my own TV and RU-vid took it down and told me I was providing "Harmful & Dangerous" information.
De-authentication attacks became a big issue for public Wi-Fi networks in 2008. This watch shows just how far Wi-Fi hacking tools have come since then, making it easier but scarier at the same time!
So is 5GHz a size thing? I'm always so frustrated that so many "smart devices" only ever support 2.4, and never 5. Is that because 5GHz wifi requires more physical space? Is that why computers and game consoles support it, but not RGB light bulbs?
Small devices like those light bulbs prefer wider range than speed. 5Ghz has worse range and can be easily blocked compared to 2.4Ghz besides 2.4 being cheaper to implement
2.4 has deeper penetration and you would want your IOT devices to be on a separate network from your laptops. Also wifi will only go a fast as the speed of the slowest connected device
Ah, sweet! Thank you for the information, David! I wonder if I get one to see the hardware by taking it apart and putting it back together? Edit : 3:58 : I remember that movie when I was young.
Well, i suppose its a bit nicer looking then the Dstike deauth watch, and slightly easier looking to navigate GUI. But if it doesnt work on 5g wifi, then its kind of pointless purchasing one (especially if you already own the Dstike).... Does it have any new features compared to the Dstike, or is it just the same firmware on a different device?
In this lecture all the stations are disconnected from the AP. Based on the other lectures and deep dive discussions on this channel, in addition to this demo, I assume one can disconnect only one dedicated station too. Even with these devices. I cannot get my head around why WPA-3 would be more resilient for disconnections, surely for cracking the password.
Is there a way to prevent deuth attacks? I ready a few months ago that WPA3 had patched the vulnerability but I'm now reading that it's still susceptible
Watch the end of the video where I give tips. Enable Protected Management Frames (PMF) for example or use WPA3 which comes by default with PMF enabled. The issue is that some clients don't support it :(
Always found your videos fantastic, so insightful and helpful. Thank you! I have what might be considered an odd question lol where did you purchase your glasses from? I'm looking for a new pair of glasses myself, if you can provide a web link I'd really appreciate it. Cheers
I would like help with these questions if possible. 1. I have video of my surveillance system. Motion detection being turned off and on. How can that happen? 2. My sound system volume goes up and down by itself. Took it to a friend’s house nothing wrong with it. How? 3. When watch movies on Netflix, RU-vid, and Hulu it stops or pauses by itself? 4. Turning off my WiFi to things that are connected. How? I would like to catch and prosecute. I believe it is a neighbor. Thank you
my OCD is freaking out on the screen not being level with the bezel of the watch 😵💫 Basically this is all based on the ESP32 Marauder firmware? The functionality seems the same, but without the BLE attacks.
David, you connected WiFi adapter to smartphone with OTG cable, but how? When I plug in adapter all connection stop working (Wifi, mobile network and adapter of course didn't work). Please record video how to fix that and connect with adapter because I broke my phone🙏
Oh haha nice one David! I knew about it for years it's crazy you actually demo one that's so cool! The ones i saw were too clunky and looked a bit too digital for me :D But i see they updated they're looks and it looks better but i still only wear old-school watches and my personal choice also i'll never in my life buy a apple or smart watch. This looks way more simple and elegant like a watch from the 2000's it's actually a consideration now :D
P.S. If you want to translate "Spacehuhn" into englisch, would that then not be "Weltraumchicken", given that denglisch Original Name in the first place? ;-)
Could you please make a computer video for the price, performance, penetration testers and hackers that we can buy in 2024, such as the top 10 and top 5?
Hello Mr David,My name is Peter from Arusha City,Tanzania learned alot from Your Videos appreciate you for your Time.I have a Question I'm having this USB Flashdrive affected by trojan and can't even be formatted is there anyway to save this Flashdrive?
Accept the data loss and find exactly similar USB drive and some Linux box w/ USB ports. First connect the healthy drive and wait for the OS to detect it as sda. Then connect the failed one and let the OS detect it as sdb. Then sudo dd if=/dev/sda of=/dev/sdb. In this method double or triple check that the infected one is that sdb. Of course they could be sdb and sdc or something else in your computer.
Thats a cool one. Never seen this one. Much less conspicuous than my deauther i bought from maltronics a long time ago. It was before he had nice clean cases to put them in. Not that its a factor as i have no intentions on using it on networks that arent mine. Still very fun to play with. Love little gadgets like this.
I purchased it from Amazon.co.uk - see the link in the video description. If you are unsure then don't buy it. Watch the full video to see my thoughts about the watch.
I've just bought it, so I'm going to see if the bad reviews are still there or if it's a linguistic error. Thank you for the share! I'm happy to be part of your adventure, for the best to arrive!
Cancel it if you can. If his deauth nonsense is irrelevant in the real world. Nowadays devices just switch to 5ghz if it wasn’t already connected on that freq
@moslimislam5714 You do realize that a lot of of IoT devices only use 2.4 Ghz - right? And as mentioned multiple times in the video, this is for educational purposes.
Dir sir, could you please show a video where you hack with pinephone64 by using kalinethunter? It is different than the android, because pinephone is debian based.
