You should watch Chris Rupps reaction to Butts Medley - He was one of the Founders of Home Free and is the one responsible for putting this arrangement together.
The guy in overalls is Beugs, a friend of Rob’s (glasses). Beugs is in other videos and knows no shame. Ok, no changes for Home Free since 2016. Adam is the only beatboxer they’ve had and he’s amazing. Try Adam Rupp Drum Solo (2015). It’s just him and a microphone and he’s incredible. Rob (glasses) is the tenor, he can sing opera. Austin (redhead) is the high tenor and can be silly as all get out, he can yodel too. Tim, is the bass, and he can sing with the tenors as he has a 5 octave range. Only difference lately is he couldn’t get to the hairdresser during Covid so he let some gray come in and cut his hair. Chris (cowboy hat or ball cap in older videos) is the founder of Home Free in 2000 with his brother Adam. Chris left the group in 2016 and was replaced by Chance (short dark beard in newer videos). The a cappella groups all like each other and will help each other at times. They’re all friends. Enjoyed your reaction and I subscribed. 😄🥰
Thanks so much for the Sub and the amazing details! I'm gonna screenshot this comment to read before my reactions as a who is who guide for future cause it's so good! Haha thanks heaps!
Easter Egg alert ! At the beginning after Tim finishes his Badonkadonk, Rob comes in with Patty Cake With No Hands, when they Ham 'samich', Tim is in the background chomping down on a Ham sandwich. Also it was Austin Brown the high Tenor who was playing the electric finger guitar lips.
I know that there is Square Dancing in Australia. (During lock down we started doing it on zoom, and we had several Australians join in.) Line dancing is often done at square dances, so if you can find the square dance people, they can probably tell you where to look for line dancing.
The guy in the overalls is Rob's friend Buegs. They do a podcast together. Also, that's Austin who you are asking about when they were doing Thong Song. They went to great lengths to make sure the girls in the video weren't exploited in any way; that's why you only see the boys twerking 😁
There are several Easter Eggs in this video. In the Honky Tonk segment you get the wiggle wiggle from the next song. In Wiggle Wiggle after showing the "ham sammich" the next scene shows Tim eating it in the background. In the opening cut of Fat Bottom Girls Tim's on the far right doing a head-banger hair shake. During Baby's Got Back Rob takes a poke at Pentatonix changing one line to, "you know Daft Punk was dubbed." In the Thong Song you noticed Austin using his finger to modulate the high drone sound. I haven't found one in Country Girl yet and of course you saw Beugs in the finale. This was released as an April Fools joke.
I was gonna say! That man has aged like a good whiskey! Just making sure... is it Adam at the start who says OMG Timmy?? Cause he looks SO different now 😂
@@dj_410Austin was always a good-looking boy, but he's an actor underneath the voice. His gf was stylist for the band (the beautiful girl sitting between Austin and Tim) and used to work miracles transforming him.
If you live in NSW, there are numerous country music festivals in the state... The most famous being held in January in Tamworth... You'll be able to find someone line dancing at one of them.
of every single reaction so far that I’ve seen of people reacting to their butts medley. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone be able to keep a straight face and not laugh. So clearly they’ve accomplished their mission.
🤣 This mash-up is genius! These boys are huge goofballs and it's one of the many things we fries love about them. And trust me, everyone wants to hang out with them. Join the club. 🍟 Thanks - absolutely loving your reactions.
Home Free was actually in Sydney yesterday wrapping up a brief visit to Australia where they performed at CMC Rocks in Ipswich. They were on TV a couple days ago and are shooting a couple music videos before they head back to the US.
What I like most is: how often do you see a music video where the pretty girls hired for the video stand around in the background watching the band members twerking?
If you want to go line dancing, get it started. Find a pub that does dance nights. Talk to management and the DJs. Tell them what you want to do. Talk to the other patrons. Get them excited. Start it yourself.
Loved your reactions! You should give a listen to Hillbilly Bone, Folsom Prison Blues, American Pie, Understand, Either version of God Bless the USA, sea shanty, Unchained Melody, Amazed, Between a rock and a heartache!
A couple of the surprise "Easter eggs" that a lot of people miss in this video, Austin sticking his tongue out on the opening after "It's So Big!", and Tim eating the ham sammich. Great reaction!!
“Did they just make the same joke I did at the beginning of this video?” Yes. Yes, they did. And once I saw you do it, I couldn’t wait to see your reaction to them doing it!
@@dj_410 All 3 groups are constantly jumping into each other's videos. Avi does Ring of Fire with them and photo bombs Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget. Rob jumped into VP's ANC 10 movie themes. And their hillbillies vs Zombies is weird.
Home Free is a gift to the world! They're so good, so funny, so talented, absolutely incredible to watch live and they love their fans! They're simply put the best! Proud patreon supporter and Home Fry since 6 years now!
Tim wore that same pair of overalls, with a white tee shirt and long pants, in their version of “Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget” - one of Tim’s originals.
This is such a fun mashup of songs. Very cleverly done from one song to another. The talent these guys have is phenomenal. They have so much fun but the vocals never suffer. And Adam's beatboxing is on another level. Home Free was very respectful in this video about not exploiting or offending any women.
Honkeytonk badonkadonk by Trace Adkins is awesome. It was inspired by his time on celebrity apprentice. Adam Rupp, the beat boxer, is a founding member of the group along with his brother Chris. Chris, who is in this vid, left the group and was replaced by Adam Chance, who goes by Chance. I love this band; their humour and amazing vocal talent are my faves.
Chris and Adam are brothers who started home free. Tim was a country singer in Nashville who became a teacher in texas, Austin was a cruise ship singer, I forgot info about Rob. Chance joined after a exhausting search to find a voice that blended well and matched. His real name is Adam Chance. But because of Adam Rupp being the original, they went with Adam chances last name....
The band members are Austin who was doing the mouth thing his is the high tenor, Rob also a tenor, Tim, Adam champion beatboxer, and Adam's brother Chris. Chris left after a while and Adam Chance came in. They call him Chance so not confuse the two Adams. Adam Chance is a Baritone and does bass when Tim is singing,
There's an interview with Chris Rupp (black cowboy hat) on y/t wherein he says that this was his pet project. In summary, his sister had worked with a modeling agency and that's where the women were from. Since they didn't want to objectify the women, the only 'butts' are theirs. Austin (red hair) choreographed the line dance. The man in the one-shoulder overalls is a friend of Rob's (and co-hosts on Rob's channel).
I know I already commented, but I want to add this. I truly believe that every one of these guys could sing solo and have absolutely amazing careers. The fact that they all choose to sing together and that their talents mix together so perfectly makes them absolutely phenomenal. Home Fry for life here!
The guy in overalls is also a nod to Maddie and Tae’s ‘Girl in a Country Song’. Putting that in there is priceless. I suggest that video to understand the complete reference and how it helps balance the butt obsession.
Home Free is Adam Chance, who's referred to as "Chance", Adam Rupp, the vocal percussionist, Austin Brown, who's the Georgian Jesus, Rob Lundquist the "I Like Big Butts" rapper and whistler and Tim Foust, who's the long-hair (at least in this video), bass singer.
That is so so sweet of you to say! Yeah I've been told but I haven't reacted to enough yet to go see them or it will spoil too many amazing blind reactions for my haha
This is truly Home Free. 🥰 Sometimes I can get tears in my eyes because it is so emotional 😢and other times I have those tears too but from laughing😂. But always it's so good!!! And than Rob's amazing whistling and rap. This is just hilarious. 🤣 What happens in the background is also so funny😅 I think to learn a little more about what else each member of the group can do, maybe you should listen to the live performance of "9to5" among others. Because it was Austin who made that sound. And at "Mayday" you will also be surprised. But as you said yourself: you really should listen to "two country singers try singing opera-Nessun Dorma". And by the way, did you hear Rob's whistling? For me one of the best whistlers I've ever heard.
I just found you today! I love your reactions and I am now subscribed to your channel. I love you and I think you're funny in a great way. Please do more HF.
You mentioned collaborations with Voice Play and Home Free. You should react to the music video collab they both performed together called "Zombies vs Hillbillies" song cover is "Survivor" The first song cover is from country artist Trace Adkins. I recently learned some trivia that the guy at the end in the overall cut off shorts is a friend of Home Free band and is featured in some other Home Free videos such as "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer" Christmas song that is a hilarious video like this one! The overalls the guy is wearing are the SAME overalls Tim Foust wore in Home Free video "Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget"! That video is not a cover song but an ORIGINAL song WRITTEN BY Tim Foust himself! There is also a surprise at the end of the "Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget" video also! Watch for the surprise!
Such lovable goofballs. Chris Rupp has a behind the scenes for this on nis channel, ChrisRuppOfficial. Laughed out loud when I saw the intro screen. So many more songs to enjoy. Enjoy the ride
While not a Luke Bryan song, he did feature on Florida Georgia Line's song "This is how we roll" - which is a song that Home Free have not only covered, but have done an amazing music video for!
Austin was doing the high-pitched lip trills... awesome! Adam and Chris Rupp were both founders of Home Free and both kept the group going and growing through some tough times.
There’s only been ADAM…..he’s the MAN…..Period…..no one else like that phenomenal man😵💫😳🎵🎶‼️🔥 Oh, Rob is the Awesome guy who can whistle like &, on tune…Every time‼️👍
Home Free has "From The Vault" videos that explain how each video is made, and they are fun to watch! And you really need to watch an Adam Rupp drum solo-will blow your mind. So will Rob & Austin singing Nessun Dorma.
You, sir, are the very definition of a cinnamon roll and my new favorite reactor. Loved it so much! And definitely do check out the opera soon! It will blow. Your. Mind.
