Wii DK Summit - Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Music Extended 

First time I played the course and heard the music, I smiled the whole race!

So glad they kept the "1 2 3 4"

Hearing the “1, 2, 3, 4” at the beginning was a heavy dose of nostalgia. I am so glad they decided to bring this course back, it’s my favorite from MKWii.

The fact that they left in the dubble cut is amazing

That intro is astounding. They not only kept the 1, 2, 3, 4 count up, but at 0:09 they used an Amen Break to transition into the main part of the song.

The new version of this course even restored features of the original version of this course, such as the Jumbotron and the gap jump shortcuts by the moguls field.

When I heard this for the first time I almost cried- DK Summit was my all time favorite track as a kid

I can't hear this song without hearing funky kong's screams of delight as he strings together 4 consecutive midair tricks

When I watched about Halfpipe Snowboarding stunts. This new track now plays on my head about DK Summit!

This is an absolutely amazing glowup. The original music was great, but this takes it a step further. When I heard the breakbeat in the beginning my jaw dropped.

I literally cried once I heard the remix 🥲 it's way too nostalgic

I heard the “1, 2, 3, 4” kick in and an avalanche of nostalgia hit me all at once

This is giving me Mario Kart Wii online spectating vibes.

I can just imagine Funky Kong screaming in the background. The memories are kicking in! This song feels so faithful, and I love it!

Something about the part at 0:16 just sounds magical. Maybe the best music track in the Booster Course Pass!

Hopefully we'll be able to play this game hearing Funky Kong screaming "YAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAAAA" in midair somewhere in the running again

This remix is the biggest banger of bangers Keeping the 1 2 3 4 was the best decision, I would be nothing without it Me and my father loved this course when I was growing up, and now we can play it again in our favourite mario kart game is insane, had a very similar experience with maple treeway, both remixes gave me so much joy

Bruh I hated this course until I paid closer attention to the music and damn 0:33 gives me goosebumps every time I hear it!

So similar to Wii even the 1,2,3,4 Nostalgia 😢

You know I enjoy simple remixes I feel like Mario kart 8 remixers making retro track music goes somewhat over the top where it just wouldent fit in the game but it’s still really good music like this is definitely something I’d see (also cuz it is) it just gives off the Cherie Mario kart vibe and not the heavy metal guitar with the little electronic Peices this is a truely good remix from nintendo

This will defo remind me of Mario Kart Wii my first ever game I knew the tune comparing to this one

I didnt play mario kart wii, but there is one thing i love about this track in 8 deluxe: going through the cannon at the beginning and your character yells out as they do from a cannon section, but you can also hear their echoes through the mountain!! Such a nice detail

That's the video that'll be visited the most by me in the future

DK Summit is my favorite Wave 4 DLC track.

Sound better than the Mario kart wii version!

The Music of the DK Summit track sounds similarly like the Transformers song.

Honestly I get the feeling of sonic from this remix, like he's running down a snowy mountain with a bunch of shy guys on snowboards as obstacles

This one got a complete remix, not just part of a remix like Coconut Mall and Snow Land, or not at all a remix like Mushroom Gorge.

In the original I heard 1 2 3 4 but now I hear 1 2 3 Go, I wonder if they actually changed it or if it’s because of the different arrangement

The only Mario Kart track in the entire series to have lyrics which is “1 2 3 4”

This sounds more like Ducktales or Sonic than Mario

think I like the original more. This just feels too warm for me (much like how maple tree-way seemed too bright). The original of both just sound darker.
