Only thing is that this feels just a tad bit underscaled. That and the 5 laps, while understandable, feels off. Otherwise, this is absolutely incredible! Fantastic remake!
@@Peg_21 Honestly for me just watching it, I would really enjoy playing this track. While it is still a bit scaled down in size, I personally love the addition of five laps. It helps the course feel lengthy and it's fun to lap other racers too. I also have the opinion that 8's antigravity gimmick is not as groundbreaking as some people think it is. And overall sometimes not everything needs to change and that's a good thing.
I'm not sure how well that would work around the end is the thing. Not all tracks in base game always had anti-gravity... but if this was official and they were to add an anti-gravity section then it would probably extend the track a bit probably?
it's real cool, but my only real complaint is how GREEN the grass is. Making it stripped would've been better i think, because at first i thought it was some sort of pavement. Though I guess it makes semse seeing who the course is designed after .
It is a good attempt although it is very small compared to the original, the slope of the road in the area of the Luigi statue is too steep and the last curve needs more detail. But it's not bad at all, it's the first time I've seen a circuit of my favorite Mario Kart recreated from scratch. ❤
To be honest, I love how this version leans into the Tour artsyle. It creates an interesting “what if” scenario, and had Luigi Circuit been in Tour, I imagine it would’ve looked pretty close to this.
We could’ve either gotten Wii Luigi Circuit or 3DS Mario Circuit instead of this ugly 3DS Toad Circuit plus Luigi doesn’t have any tracks in Mario Kart 8 except for GCN Luigi’s Mansion as a battle stage!
