I've been playing Wii Party as much as when I was making Wii Party Skit and I decided to do a bit of an experiment to see how many minigames can be done as an all 4 player draw. Stay tuned to see some surprising minigames make the cut.
There are a few more that can be done! I imagine Derby Dash is doable if all four players don't do anything / play the same way Shifty Gifts and Chop Chops also should be possible I haven't tested but if all four players DQ in Flag Fracas (2 fouls each player), would it be a draw? And then there are a few special minigames that have a hidden 5-minute timer, those being: Zombie Tag, Ram Jam, Maze Daze, Friendly Face-Off, and I believe both Cosmic Capers and Cry Babies have this timer as well and, thus, these minigames can result in a draw just by doing nothing or, in Zombie Tag, surviving. The following are impossible to get a tie on due to winning / gameplay conditions: Moon Landing (99.9% sure of this), Strategy Steps, Face Flip, and Lucky Launch. I also believe that Spotlight Fight MIGHT be in this category unless everyone sits and does nothing...so unsure of that one has a time limit or not.
Flag Fracas is not possible, only one person can be disqualified at a time, so eventually there will only be one person left, and the last person standing is the winner
I got a notification about Strategy Steps being possible, but that's only if there's a 5 minute time limit Otherwise, four-way isn't possible because each round you're guaranteed at least two people matching signs
