This is a randomizer mod I made a while back but never released because I wasn't happy with how it turned out. I didn't think regular gameplay would be very entertaining, so I whipped up a quick TAS run.
Basically, every time a hole is loaded, the terrain on the hole is randomized. No game files need to be modified, this is all done through code (which allows it to be different every time). The mod is designed to never give you the default terrain, but due to the algorithm I used, the randomness is not very good.
Functionally I think this is very fun to play, with some course layouts you really need to think outside the box if you want to make par. Unfortunately, the visuals are often confusing. Due to the way my code swaps textures, the terrain doesn't always look good (sometimes the bunkers are grey, etc.) I tried my best to help this by also showing the randomization on the minimap, but in some situations it is very hard to tell what the randomization pattern is.
If people are interested in this I can provide a download link or something, for now I am focusing on uploading the source code first.
