What I like is how the game allows me to optimize everything I do by different methods. My favorite Pikmin are red Pikmin.

Pikmin is absolutely my favorite Nintendo series. Pikmin 2 really pushed the bar for what we could expect from the series, due to the additions of an extremely fun Battle Mode, Piklopedia and Challenge Mode. I really hope that Pikmin 3 has several Multiplayer modes. It would be a huge disappointment if it's strictly 1 Player and that's all. :(

Miyamoto is just a legendary man, thanks for making millions of people happy with your work.

Well, i can't decide... i really love the red because of is little cute pointy nose and his strenght and i love the yellow for his ears and his electric resistance (I have both of them as plushie) but my favorite i think is the purple...I dunno, he just look always relaxed, and the fact that he's round maybe makes him look cuter...

Thats the thing I love about Nintendo, all of their game developers and creators are so happy and energetic to show off their games.

I like the red ones best, they were the first to be discovered and fought the bravest until the Purples showed up. As for the games themselves, what I like best is the discovery aspects. You are this tiny little person with tinier little creatures just wandering about and finding new things, and knocking down walls to get to them!

My favourite is the blue Pikmin. It was great to finally get a Pikmin that could survive in water in the first Pikmin game, and they are so useful to solve puzzles that include water. Plus there's a lot of potential with water puzzles to use blue Pikmin to move a treasure somewhere where other Pikmin can reach it. Very clever. And that brings me to my favourite thing about Pikmin: the puzzles. Managing Pikmin and working out the best way to use them, and finding each enemy's weakness. I love it!

I actually like every component of Pikmin. I like the later challenges, the art direction, cute Japanese promo music, cute designs. Olimar and the Pikmin are just absolutely adorable! Cute, fun. AND challenging! All for a solid series. It's inspired some of my art, actually! It is my ABSOLUTE favorite series and I'm just SO thrilled for 3! It looks gorgeous! Thank you SO MUCH, everyone at Nintendo! Can't wait to play it! ...Hmm, I wonder where Captain Olimar went. :Oc

I like Yellow Pikmin the most because their ears are so cute! I also loved how they could throw bomb rocks in the first game.

i love the white pikmin they look so cute. and they also can see hidden treasure under the ground and are immune to poison that what makes them special in their own way.

Honestly, I don't think its a bad meme. I just think its gotten a bit too big. But, this video is Pikmin, so it its technically related. I just find it amazing to see how far this has spread.

Rock pikmin are sort of replacing purples, but not necessarily A problem with 2 is that red pikmin were made obsolete by purples, having that weight and strength. Rock pikmin will have the weight but not the strength or ability to latch on, making reds your prime fighters. The official website says you will see purples, but this will likely be very much later in the game.

My fav? The "bulborb" pikmin. Also, back when the first pikmin came out, I'd love creating my own versions of Pikmin, and even my own puzzle-filled, convoluted pikmin levels. The whole "urban decay" asthetic to Pikmin (especially Pikmin 2!!) has been my favorite part of the series. Nintendo... thank you for taking 10 years to release Pikmin 3! It's going to be really satisfying to be able to play the third entry (and not the 15th entry, if you know what I mean).

i think my favourite pikmin is the blue pikmin, simply because blue is my favourite colour and i think its gills are adorable! also, my favourite aspect of pikmin is the sense of accomplishment when you beat a hard boss and get a really rare and priceless treasure

Blue pikmin! They're the hardest to proliferate, and are easily eaten by its enemies, which makes the job of producing more and more a big challenge. Also, they're the only ones who breath under water, which I find it super cool! Can't wait to play Pikmin 3!! Thx for not giving up on the project Mr. Miyamoto! =)

I personally love blue pikmin the best they have some very neat designs like the fact that they have gills and their ability to travel through water is what won my love over them.

My favorite pikmin are the blue and white ones, and I love collecting cool treasures left behind by humans in Pikmin 2.

What do I like about Pikmin? Pikmin demonstrates the mysteriousness of what could become of our planet in (I'm assuming) millions of years. Animals have evolved, the landscape has changed, and the only trace of humanity is the trash that we have left behind. It shows the beauty of evolution, what could possibly come about, and the amazement of discovering what this distant planet has to offer. It is hands down the most creative, original, and brilliant series I have ever encountered.

White and purple pikmin are confirmed! On nintendo's e3 page for Pikmin 3 in the description it says- "In addition to the five original types of Pikmin encountered in previous games, the new Rock Pikmin bring powerful new abilities and are able to crack hard outer shells of enemies and break through solid barriers."

I play all kinds of games and I can truly say that Pikmin, as kid-friendly as it is, is one of the most hardcore and difficult games I've ever played. Just because a game is kid-friendly doesn't mean that it's made for kids. Call of Duty, which I also play, is more kid-oriented than this. The controls are made easy, and it's perfectly balanced for anyone to play good, even without much practice. Nintendo knows how to make REAL games and not the same thing over and over again.

I loved his performance in the E3 show! He was so happy, cute, and made so many funny expressions with the pikmin. He's awesome!

But the Yellow ones are SO CUTE with their big ears! Plus, they remind me of Luigi. They're the highest throw, they're the most misunderstood, and they're accossiated (can't spell with a cold) with electricity. Yellows are the Luigi of Pikmin!

I absolutely got addicted to Pikmin 2. I think I finished it in just a few days, having very long gameplay sessions. The first Pikmin's time limit turned me off, something which has been rectified in the Wii remake and GameCube sequel. I'm thinking of going back to those Wii ports for old time's sake...brush up my skills for Pikmin 3.

What I like about Pikmin? One thing is that I love those cute voices/sounds the Pikmin make (and that the Pikmin are cute). The scenery are very pretty and the series goes to incredibly deep into details, characters, strategy, plot, creatures and, gameplay. My fave Pikmin? That's a tough question as I pretty much love all of them equally. But if I had to choose then maybe either Red Pikmin or Blue Pikmin (can't think of any reasons).

Blur Pikmin are definitely my favorite. Not only is blue my favorite color, in both Pikmin 1 and 2, you need their invulnerability to water more than red's fire, yellow's electricity, etc. Don't misquote me though, you do need every Pikmin type.

What I liked about Pikmin, especially in the second one, is discovering all the different objects of our everyday life that you had to collect. I wish such items would be back in Pikmin 3.

I'm glad he said it would be challenging. Pikmin 2 was fairly challenging, but I'm hoping they take a step further by putting more challenging combinations of enemies.

Red is my favorite, they were the very first pikmin we ever saw in the games and they weren't effected by fire and lasted longer when hit with bombs.

White Pikmins are the best! They run faster, have red eyes, can find hidden treasure, damages enemies even after being eaten, & resistent to poison (which is helpful agenst the many poison enemies). On top of that, there the smallest & cutest of the bunch. Funny how no ones menchoned Bulbmin

I like the white pikmin cause they're fast, resistant to poison, and don't slack on the job. I like the Pikmin series because you got an army of pik-pik carrot like creatures helping you in tough tasks. Also, they can probably can kill us human beings if they ever existed.

I love the blue pikmin. I love going in water in games, for some unknown reason, and going in water with pikmin is even better.

Well, to quote Screwattack, "Pikmen 3 is a game that makes you think" I only played Pikmen 2 and fell in love with it straight away. My favorite Pikmen would be the red guys because they sang the theme to Luigi's Mansion when they were numerous in my group :D What I liked about Pikmen, as well, is the beauty of the environments. It really makes this ant-size world around us seem more alive. PS: The white Pikmen look like mutant fruit flies I worked with in the lab. Cute, but creepy.

Purple Pikmin is my favorite. Although red is my favorite color, I have a strange attraction toward characters with purple. Like Waluigi, Purple Link (Four Swords series), Purple Pikmin, and a few others I forget at the moment.

Don't be. I didn't find out that it took place on Earth until I played Pikmin 2. There are so many things in that game that are on Earth. The plants, the food, and the copyrights (such as 7up soda caps and other things) are on Earth. It's kind of hard to tell that it's on Earth because of the enemies, and how it looks, but everything in the game is only about 3 cm, so that's why. Also, if you like the New Play Control version, you should get Pikmin 2 being remade for Wii. :)

pikmin was a very old game that was used for nintendo gamecube, thought sometimes I think that nintendo wanted to bring pikmin back into action for the new nintendo console wiiu.

I'd have to say that I like all of the Pikmin equally. Sure some may be immune to different things, some may be faster, stronger, poisonous, and even heavier, but at the end of the day they're all the same little guys that helped me get my ship together and get my company out of debt. That is why all Pikmin are my favorites.

I was born in 2008 and I didn’t noticed of pikmin until 2014 and my favorite pikmin is Yellow in 1st place, second is blue, third is white and fourth rock pikmin, my thought of pikmin is, is very entertaining you kill time with that game, it calms me down when I play it, my best games are 1st Mario, 2nd pikmin, 3rd Kirby games those last 2 have very cute creatures

I love all the games you've invented, specially the zelda series where skyward sword is my favorite because of the story and the history of the master sword, I would like the next zelda to bee in the time between mayoras mask and twilight princess, because of the temple of time that are different in both tp and oot.

My favorite Pikmin would have to be the reds. They're so cute, and so useful against those blasted Firey Blowhogs in Pikmin 1. 2nd favorite is the purples mainly because they're used in my favorite boss fight: The Waterwraith
