I absolutely loved this game. After all, it was the one that introduced me to Zelda in the first place.

I was soooo deprived of this game when I was younger. First, my parents couldn't buy it so I had to rent it. Second, I lost my memory card at the same time, so I couldn't save. Finally, I wasn't allowed to play my video games for a while at almost the same time. :( I finally played it to completion when I was older and sold my other games to buy it. Now that it came out in HD I was so excited I bought the Wii U bundle since I was working. So worth it!!

I played the original GameCube version as a child. This is my all time favorite game (and yes, I've played ocarina and majora's mask)

I love The Wind Waker, best Zelda game. Gorgeous graphics, beautiful story and a fantastic and memorable soundtrack. It was so great to re experience this fantastic game again in HD. Wind Waker HD is a great remake, I love the little touches that were made to improve the game and make the game more enjoyable.

I really need this game on the switch, I gave my wii u to my sister when she moved out and I just want to play my favorite Zelda game again but I'd much rather pay $60 - $70 rather than $150 for a copy for my old gamecube on Amazon or $200 for another Wii U. I get that emulator exist but there's just something that I prefer about console releases.

They ain’t putting this into switch because the Wii U didn’t sell well and Zelda games were on their downfall during the Wii U era also because these didn’t sell well on Wii U it won’t sell well on switch or something or they hate their fans I mean they could use their port for the Wii U make the loading faster and adjust some stuff and that’s it simple and done

There wasn't much of a reason for this, was there? Wind Waker's style was already very smooth and original, and fitting to the game. If any Zelda game should be re-released in HD it would be Majora's Mask, I believe.

I remember watching this for the first time at e3 2013. The nostalgia I got was way to much

What happened to me is when I was in 2nd or 3rd grade my dad got me a GameCube with multiple games on I didn't ever play it because I already had a N64 and I liked to play smash bros,golden eye, and super Mario 64. At the Time I was (and still am) a HUGE zelda fan. I had played only a few like a small bit of ocarina if time phantom hourglass the original legend of zelda and zelda 2 I had heard about most of the others like wind waker and twighlight princess I noticed I had a GameCube so my dad took me to the retro games store and u bought the wind waker. I got home only to find that I needed to get a memory card. I was quite sad about that so I played the outset island intro and all of that and I rarely got to the first dungeon. I didn't always play it by the time i got the game i already had a 3DS and played a lot of ocarina of time on that. About a year later when I am in fifth grade I was on the computer watching zelda videos it was one of my favorite things to do and there was an ad For WWHD and I also had a wii u that I got in 2013 at Christmas so I was like: O.O I NEED TO GET THIS GAME! So I did and I beat it! Remember I got this game back in November back when it was new. And that's how I got this magificent masterpiece!
