I can't remember where, but I watched an interview with Tweedy where he said, basically, we've gone through a lot of members but if I was ever to lose John I don't think Wilco would survive.
@@danhackley It’s controlled chaos, beautiful sadness, and the lyrics are a moving target as far as interpretation goes. They’re in many cases, placed in the song so they don’t get in the way of how it feels. Idk… That’s the best I can do.
Just Such a Pretty song and then the tension with the freak out scens, would pay money to be a part of that experience again, almost makes using drugs seem like a good time
