In this video we grill up some Wild caught Pacific Halibut on the blackstone griddle and smoke salmon on the Traeger Pellet Grill. The salmon included sockeye salmon, king salmon, and coho salmon. All of the fish was delicious! But, I do love seared halibut :)

Remove from plastic and place in a glass storage container to thaw (dry off as soon as it is) and use promptly.

Rockfish come in more than 100 species and many different shapes, sizes and color patterns. Colors vary from black and drab green to bright orange and red, and some rockfishes wear stripes or splotches. Their heads feature large eyes and thick, broad mouths that dip downward at the corners. Rockfishes are known for the bony plates on their heads and bodies, and the heavy spines on their fins. Also, they are knows to be delicious 😋
