Wild and magnificent islands in the St-Lawrence river 

Founded in 1979, Duvetnor had taken upon itself to protect the islands of the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, the preferred nesting site of certain bird species.
About a decade later, it added ecotourism to its mandate. Today, thanks to Duvetnor, thousands of people can explore nearly pristine natural environments and experience the Saint-Lawrence at its wildest and most magnificent.
