A fabulous part of the world in our little corner of Wales, The Devils staircase (where you stopped to secure the strap) is brilliant. Amazingly you are only 10 miles away from one of the very best Bikers Cafes, The Owls Nest, in LLandovery. So glad you enjoyed our roads, all villages, towns etc are to be 20mph in the middle of next month....great you managed it before then.

I rode bikes for about 5 years, back in the late 1970s and loved every minute of it. I met a girl down in South Wales and wanted to move down there but needed to save up money to do so. So I sold my bike to add to the pot, then lost contact with her. Enjoyed your video very much. 😢

I wish people would take the time in learning how to corner a motorcycle properly. They’re moving their upper body to the opposite way the bike is leaning, therefor having to lean the bike more than you have to. Really bad habit to get into, use a combination of pushing the bars but mostly moving your upper body weight INTO the corner, not away! Please just tell your friends to go on RU-vid and learn how to use your body weight properly, might save your life one day!!!!

Just great to see a group of girls having a fun time on motorcycles and having adventures. You’re brave camping up there, it’s the most remote area of Wales I know and no mobile signal for miles !

Wow, such a nice view and the recording. Not sure, if you agreed to my request whereas I mentioned to please start your intro with Hi Guys and Girls rather than Hi Guys as I wanted to hear both of the words so on that note a big thanks. You can also shorten your greetings by simply saying Greetings Everybody if you like it this way. So love you and your accent or the way you speak.

How tall is Courtney and how did she enjoy that night shift bike specifically the handlebars? I am looking to take a driving class next month to learn to ride and buying that Ducati night shift as I can actually stand with both feel if I’m wearing platforms. I am 5’2 110lb so I need to work on getting strong legs 😅

I like your riding style Kate, ie. knowing when to ignore dotted white lines and take the path of least resistance, I do it all the time, so do the police. However, I was born in Wales 59 years ago. I know what the weather is like and would not contemplate camping there for half a nano second. I know some lovely hotels and resteraunts and pubs with warm rooms. You are brave or masochistic, nice film though, just didn't like the torture scene at the end

Quick tip: Never place a motorbike right next to the tent. If you are asleep and the bike tips over at night, it can be very dangerous... 😢

7:46 perfect example. Learn to lean people!!!! Also her line before that 7:46 left hander was so bad, if you’re misjudging a corner that bad at low speeds you shouldn’t be on a motorcycle until you’ve had proper training. By that I mean advance training outside the normal licence training. It’s scaring how people can get something so detrimental wrong and have absolutely no idea!!! LEARN TO LEAN GUYS

very nice choice with the bikes especially riding different ones for the comparisons. Wales is incredible and definitely another biker paradise for the roads there although i haven't ridden that road to Fannog ("Vannog" as they pronounce in wales) but will definitely have to give that a look.

I live not too far from Aberystwyth which isnt too far from Llyn Brianne. I also worked in the forestry at Llyn Brianne for several months and have camped there too. I took my KTM adventure 990 and it was great fun! One of my most favourite places to visit.

How did i miss this video. Being on a F900R its a very similar experience as with the Ducati for the camping trips. Even though i live in Devon not actually done a bike trip to Wales going to have to sort that for 2024. I did notice that you didn't have a lot of seat left after the bags were on but you all seemed to get on with it ok. One thing i thought was a great idea was your blow up seats you were using at the end got to get myself one of those to add to my camping gear.

I have 3 stunning routes from Cheltenham area to Aberystwyth and on a sunny day this is my favourite route followed by Elan valley route. Did the A44 route from Crossgates to Aberystwyth where you filled up and again it’s a stunning ride but prefer the off main rd due to the fuzz.

The weather in Wales can be on and off. Or literally all seasons in 1 day. But if you are lucky to catch sunshine for 1 week (usually late July, or Late August entering September). Albeit the really hot weather, it is a good place to go too. Although yes the areas to put tents up can get really crowded.
