We have the guts and incisor teeth to handle meat, as well as gut and molar teeth to handle decent amount of plant materials. Humans are top predators for much of the ecosystems we occupy around the world. Doesn’t mean we’re not in danger of animals below us in the food chain and same goes for other carnivorous animals. For example, cape buffalo and other prey game kill animals like lions sometimes. There’s also competitive predation, where a carnivore may prey upon a competitor carnivore. Think about this: If it were a lie that we are on top of the food chain, would we really be as dominant of a species on this world as we are now? Also, (unscientific) vegan propaganda video? Really?

Birds’ closest living relatives are CROCODILIANS. Also, the reason cassowaries are so aggressive is the same reason geese have to be aggressive. Geese and cassowaries both nest on the ground, where their chicks and eggs are vulnerable. So they become mean to fend off predators. Cassowaries are doubly vulnerable because they can’t fly away to escape. They’re just doing what they need to do to survive a harsh environment. It’s not anything to do with their lineage, as the aggression in non-avian dinosaurs is often largely dramatized. The dinosaurs were likely a lot more mild-mannered than we typically envision them to be.
