probably a bit of an out of place comment, but I really appreciate how Kelsey wears repeat outfits. the idea that we need to have multiple looks for every different event (or music video) has penetrated most of even the more indie and hippy non-materialistic music and arts communities to the point where just being reminded that having items you love and wear often is refreshing. It's important especially to young women being pushed to purchase fast fashion constantly.
This song is my favorite on Expectations. I ordered the vinyl pre-release from their store purely because It came with a digital download of the whole CD plus 4 extra songs (1996 being one of them), and a guaranteed entry to their album release show (best 25 bucks I've ever spent, the record now hangs on my wall pretty much like a poster since I don't even have anything to listen to vinyl on) anyway- I went back to their online store to hopefully provide you a link, but sadly it seems they don't even have an expectations vinyl/CD/any format that has more than the normal 12 songs. But I found something better for you! I heard somewhere the 4 extra songs will be on their next album. It might have been during their pre-release live stream of the entire album. I'm not sure.
