I always keep an eye out but never find any. I did however find some coral mushrooms a few days ago video coming soon!

Very interesting I live in Missouri I love ginger I eat it every day I was going to plant a ginger but got to late too grow if you no I would appreciate it if you could let me if i can I heard from another video you had to start in spring

It's not edible. I believe it is listed as toxic. The idea of the video is to dig the roots to sell and make money not eat. Although some of the roots I cover are edible, it would make more sense to sell the roots and go buy other sources of food.
