Sister, the yellow one is made to add to your shampoo, conditioner, etc... because the white one can (they say) can cause flaky clumps on the scalp. Many swear by both though and use them together. And your absolutely correct, current RU-vidrs don't give enough attention to the Growth cycle or Genetics. I started using 'Move Free' for my hip joint a couple of years ago and I remember that my hair grew like crazy for a while (I stopped using it) come to find out later that MSM (one of the couple of the few things that can actually INFLUENCE the ANAGLEN phase of the Growth cycle) was an ingredient in my Move Free. If people just do the research, they'd know things like YOUR GROWS LONGER IN THE SUMMER MONTHS. The Anagen Cycle can last for up to 8 years (if your Asian, about 5 or 6 for the rest of us). The SHEDDING cycle (Telogen) is actually only a FEW MONTHS long. If you can figure out where you at, with the right product ingredients or vitamins you can influence your individual growth cycle.
I enjoyed the video with Profitt Tina Moore. She really enlighten me with the wild growth product. I could have listen to her at any time. She had my full attention more than anything that I have listen to on utube. I just wish that I could talk to her personally. She is a real person within my heart, not only talking about the product, but listen how she explained it to ME. HOW can I touch basis with her. She is awesome. Amen sister I almost got the same regimen and it is really helping my hair. Thank you so much for sharing. Ppl tho needs to understand what work for some might not work for others. When yur going natural and trying to get your hair to grow you have to have patience. Trust the journey bcuz it’s about trial and error. You have to find a regimen that is good for YOUR hair. And if you have to keep trying , by all means do that. But you need patience and give that product some time to see if it works . Thank you for all your ideas, I have just started trying wild growth oil but I never knew the steps to use it , but from now on I will moisturizing my hair before putting in the wild growth but I need something to grow my edges, mine is hereditary from my mother and my grand mother, I would not give up. Am actually over 50 years of age too, God help me.

I have been trying to grow my hair for years. I have just started using Black Casteroil and my hair have grown a good bit. I feel that I need something else. vitamin C ,Msm works ,olive oil works I have went thru tons of this oil it works!!! it's a thick oil I have 4a hair type products don't work for me your hair will get thicker with this oil I have two now on dresser
